Any additional arrangements (e.g. Equipment, simultaneous interpretation, staff etc.) must be covered by each sponsor. These additional arrangements can also be arranged by the congress for a fee. All items arranged by the congress will be charged 10% handling fee. Seminar arrangement questionnaire will be sent at a later date after the application has been received. Instead, at least a month before the first day of the congress we will inform you of the details such as booth allocation, installation, decoration, and management, as well as rental equipment such as office fixtures and lighting products. ATA Carnet All materials/performances in the exhibition are controlled under Japanese law. If you plan to exhibit medicines or materials regulated under the Japanese Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, please consult with the Secretariat in advance. Allocation The place of exhibition will be handled by congress secretariat. Ban on the Sales of Exhibits It is prohibited to sell the exhibit, products and services during the congress. However, any items approved by Secretariat in advance might not be included. Management of Exhibition Hall The Secretariat will provide protection and management on the exhibits and exhibition hall with their best effort. However, we are not responsible for any accidents, stolen or loss of any items caused by a natural disaster or inevitable force, and any disaster resulting from error human within the booth. 7

Changes of Congress Period, Opening Hours Congress period, exhibition opening hours might be changed due to unavoidable circumstances. This change cannot be a reason for the cancellation of application for exhibitions. We take no responsibility whatsoever for any damage or loss caused by this change. Participation in the Scientific Sessions Exhibitors have no qualifications for participating in the scientific session. To participate in programs, please ask the secretariat. However, exhibitors have full access in the exhibit hall. Four name cards per exhibit booth will be provided. The name card is NOT valid for attending the conference program. Data Submission Both a hard copy and a data file are required. Ads will be accepted in EPS or Illustrator formats for line art, or in 300 ppi TIFF, JPEG or PNG formats for line art and photos. Contact the congress secretariat on if other formats are required. -Abstract ads: The hard copy and the data of your advertisement must be submitted either by e-mail or postal mail after submitting application.
