Yes, your member number will be the same as it is now, after the conversion. Why are you converting your core system? Our current system is outdated; it inhibits us from creating products and services you want and need. Our new system will increase efficiency and give us the opportunity to grow by developing these products and services and allow us to serve you to our best capabilities. Why are you updating the Online and Mobile Banking systems? With the updated technology, we will be able to immediately deliver enhancements many members have been asking for, in a user-friendly interface across all digital platforms. Additionally, there are numerous additional features on the horizon to keep us more current with technology and ahead of the curve. Why are you doing two conversions at one time? We wanted to update our core conversion as soon as possible to better serve our members. Our current Online and Mobile Banking system is not supported by the new core system. Not only did we need to do them at the same time, but we re excited about the opportunities with each. Why does the credit union have to close? During the conversion weekend, our systems will not be available and we re not able to access accounts to assist you. Why did you choose to convert over the holiday weekend? While we didn t intentionally choose the holiday weekend, we had to consider the best time to make a clean transfer to the new system. Based on our account and rate structure, it is best at the end of the quarter so we can start the new quarter with a new system. How are my new account numbers structured? After the conversion, we will be using an account number structure. You will keep your member number, but you ll also have a unique account number for each product you have with us. Share/savings and deposit accounts, consumer loans, and mortgage loan numbers will be changing. The new account number structures are as follows (using Member Number 1234560 as an example): Deposit accounts will use this formula: Current member number+7+share ID Your new Share/Savings account number would be: 12345607000 1 Accurate as of: 6.14.17

Loan accounts will use this formula: Current member number+9+loan ID Your new vehicle loan number would be: 12345609030 Mortgages will use this formula: Current member number+8+mortgage ID Your mortgage number would be: 12345608425 Verify your specific Share/Loan ID by reviewing your paper or electronic statement.
