Where we fit We divide our business into three main segments; Global Life, General Insurance and Farmers Insurance. General Insurance General Insurance is the segment through which the Group provides motor, home and commercial products and services for individuals, small and large businesses. General Insuran Global Life Through Global Life we help our individual, commercial and corporate customers feel confident about their financial futures by offering leading life insurance, savings, investment and pensions solutions. Farmers Insurance Farmers includes Farmers Management Services which provides non-claims management services to the Farmers Exchanges (which we do not own), as well as the Foremost and 21st Century brands in the United States, and Farmers Re. 12

Best in class Our first-to-market Office and Home Medical Service offers customers the choice of having their life insurance medical examination either at home or at work. This convenient service means customers save time as they no longer have to go to a doctor or a clinic for this examination. Zurich International online (ZIO) allows customers to access their policy information easily and quickly. The state of the art screens help customers to stay in control of their finances by offering the ability to review policy information (including premium status), policy summary and valuations in a more useful and organised manner. Thanks to our up-to-date technology, we also provide the fastest turnaround time in application form processing and most of the time within one day how s that for service?
