You will repeat this process for similar plan types as you move through the wizard.

CRITICAL ILLNESS is unlike any other plan Mariner offers. Premium Rates are based on the value of the benefit (each listed as a separate plan), and also coverage level, age, and tobacco status. Premium rates are listed in the expandable menus, and will not populate on the screen until after the close of Open Enrollment and tobacco status is verified. Incorrectly identifying your tobacco status can cancel any benefits payable in the event of a claim. It is important you update your ADP Personal Profile to reflect accurately. Navigate to the Myself > Personal Information > Personal Profile option. Click the edit pencil to update.
Several plans are identified and are automatically enrolled for you in the COMPANY PAID BENEFITS section. If you have both a spouse and child(ren), your plan should say combined. Please review and update: your life insurance beneficiaries spouse and child life insurance enrollments as they are not autoenrolled You can scroll to see even more plans provided for by the firm.
