Alliance Privilege ( PB ) Membership Terms and Conditions All PB customer(s) shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein. In these Terms and Conditions, you refers to you, your joint account holder or your authorised person who are PB customer(s) of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ( Bank ). 1. Membership You will need to meet our eligibility criteria(s) to become a PB customer, as revised from time to time by the Bank at its sole and absolute discretion. Your admission to the PB membership is at the Bank s discretion. Requirement Minimum RM300,000 and above in Deposits (excluding Savelink) and/or Investments (excluding ASNB & Bancasurance RP) with Alliance Bank, inclusive of opening a Hybrid Account with a minimum RM10,000. 2. PB Services and Privileges PB services and privileges shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions applicable to such services. The Bank may vary, suspend, withdraw or terminate any or all of the services under PB at any time without assigning any reason thereof. Privileged Solutions From time to time the Bank may introduce to you other PB privileges and services provided by third parties. Any services provided by third parties are subject to their terms and conditions and the Bank will not be liable for any losses whatsoever that you may incur in connection with such services. 2.2. Privileged Pricing Alliance Privilege Premium Debit Card: You may be issued an Alliance Privilege Premium Debit Card upon opening of Hybrid Account. Alliance Privilege Premium Debit Card issuance fee and annual fee waiver is extended throughout the duration of your PB membership. Upon termination of membership, you have to surrender the Alliance Privilege Premium Debit Card and a Standard Debit Card will be issued to you and all the issuing fee and annual fee will be charged to you accordingly. Visa Infinite Credit Card: PB customers are entitled to apply for a Visa Infinite Credit Card with a minimum income requirement of RM60,000 p.a.. Visa/MasterCard Credit Card annual fee waiver (For Visa Infinite & Platinum Credit Card Only): The annual fee waiver is extended throughout the duration of your PB membership. Upon termination of PB membership, the Bank s prevailing annual fee for credit card will be charged to you accordingly. ATM Cash Withdrawal: You can enjoy unlimited fee waiver with your PB Premium Debit Card on ATM cash withdrawals made at any Local Bank MEPS ATM nationwide. The RM1.06 (included GST) fee charged per transaction will be credited into the withdrawal account by the next working day of the transaction date. Non Margin Trading Account & Share Margin Financing: You are entitled to a waiver on Non Margin Trading Account opening administration fee and Share Margin Financing account opening administration fee. Home Loan: You are entitled to a waiver on processing fee for Personal Conventional Non Flexi Home Loan. Commission and Stamp Duty Waivers: The Bank may waive all commission and stamp duty on Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad s cheques, traveller s cheques, cashier s orders and demand drafts intended for PB customer s personal utilisation and not otherwise. This waiver (where applicable) shall only be granted on initial issuance and not upon cancellation and/ or reissuance and/ or for subsequent issuance (whether for the same beneficiary or otherwise) and/ or clearance. Telegraphic Transfer: The Bank will waive the remittance bank charge for telegraphic transfer. However, you will still need to pay remittance cable charge per transaction. 2.3. Privileged Services Privilege Banking Teller Services: You can effect your deposit and/or withdrawal and/or remittance transactions at any Bank s Privilege Banking Centre / Teller counters with express queue lane. Safe Deposit Boxes: Priority for rental will be given to PB members, subject to availability. Withdrawal Service: You are entitled to a Passbookless Withdrawal Service. However, you must be present in person at the Bank branch and must produce your personal identity card upon request for purpose of identification Page 2 of 7

and verification. This facility is meant for personal account holders only and withdrawals are restricted to the account holder i.e. third party withdrawals are not permitted. Chequebook Delivery: You are entitled to a complimentary chequebook delivery. However, you will need to sign a Letter of Instruction during your application for new chequebook to instruct your Relationship Manager to deliver the chequebook to you personally. Bulk Cheque Deposit Collection: You are entitled to request for bulk cheque deposit collection if you have more than ten (10) pieces of cheque to deposit at one time. You can submit such request by contacting your Relationship Manager to arrange courier services to collect the cheques from you. Withdrawal of Fixed Deposit (FD) funds without FD receipt: You are entitled to withdraw your FD without the FD receipt. However, you will have to sign a Letter of Indemnity stating that you cannot claim the fund again at a later date with the receipt in your possession. You must produce your personal identity card upon request for the purpose of identification and verification. Free Access to Plaza Premium Lounge: You can enjoy complimentary access to Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) and KLIA 2 with your Alliance Privilege Premium Debit Card. However, you will need to produce your Alliance Privilege Premium Debit Card in order to enjoy complimentary access. Please take note that the access to Plaza Premium Lounge in KLIA and KLIA 2 is limited to ninety (90) members and seventy (70) members only per month respectively. 3. Information You hereby agree and authorize the Bank to disclose to any person(s) in Malaysia including but not limited to companies within the group of the Bank any information about or with regards to you, your affairs and/or banking accounts for such purposes as the Bank deems fit or appropriate. Disclosure to the Bank s group of companies which are involved in the promotion, sale, delivery and distribution of financial products and services shall be for facilitating the operations, businesses or cross-selling of the Bank and/or the Bank s group of companies. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, the Bank acknowledges that (i) it shall not disclose my information to the group of companies which are residing, situated, carrying on business, incorporated or constituted within Malaysia for purposes of cross-selling if such disclosure is not consented by me; (ii) it shall only disclose my information (excluding information relating to my affairs or account) to third parties, including group of companies which are residing, situated, carrying on business, incorporated or constituted in Malaysia, for strategic alliances, marketing and promotional purposes, if you have expressly consented to such disclosure. 4. Change of Address You shall promptly notify the Bank in writing of any changes in your mailing address. 5. Termination of PB Membership 5.1. You may terminate your PB membership by giving the Bank a written notice. 5.2. All PB services and privileges shall be terminated forthwith upon your death or bankruptcy. 5.3. PB membership is extended to you at the Bank s sole and absolute discretion and the Bank may cancel the PB membership at any time with prior notice to you. 6. Fees and Charges PB membership is subject to you meeting the Bank s eligibility criteria. If the eligibility criteria(s) are not met, the Bank at its sole and absolute discretion may either: (a) Impose a fee (which will be deducted from any of your account(s) with the Bank and you expressly authorise the Bank to do so); or (b) Downgrade your PB membership. Unless otherwise specified herein, the Bank s charges exclude any current taxes and future taxes that may be imposed (including the Goods and Services Tax ( GST ), under the relevant legislation. Upon the effective date of implementation of any such taxes in the future and wherever applicable, the Bank will be entitled to recover such taxes from you. 7. Indemnity You shall fully indemnify the Bank against all costs and expenses (including legal fees on an indemnity basis) incurred by the Bank in enforcing these Terms and Conditions and the recovery of any amounts due to the Bank or incurred by the Bank in any legal proceedings of whatsoever nature. 8. Waiver No waiver by the Bank in the enforcement of any of these Terms and Conditions shall prejudice the Bank s right thereafter to strictly enforce the same. 9. Amendment of Terms and Conditions The Bank shall at its sole and absolute discretion amends, add and/or delete the Terms and Conditions herein from time to time with prior notice to you and they shall become effective on such date as the Bank may elect to adopt. Notice of such amendments or additions may be effected by displaying it at Bank s premises or Bank s website. 10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian laws. Page 4 of 7

Keahlian Alliance Privilege ( PB ) Terma dan Syarat Semua pelanggan PB adalah terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat di dalam dokumen ini. Di dalam Terma dan Syarat ini, anda merujuk kepada anda, pemegang akaun bersama anda atau orang yang anda berikuasa yang merupakan pelanggan PB Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ( Bank ). 1. Keahlian Anda perlu memenuhi kriteria kelayakan kami untuk menjadi pelanggan PB, seperti yang disemak semula dari masa ke masa oleh Bank menurut budibicara mutlak Bank. Penerimaan anda dalam keahlian PB adalah menurut budibicara Bank. Syarat Deposit (tidak termasuk Savelink) dan/atau Pelaburan (tidak termasuk ASNB dan Bancasurance PR) minimum sebanyak RM300,000 dan ke atas dengan Allliance Bank, termasuk membuka Akuan Hybrid dengan minimum RM10,000. 2. Perkhidmatan dan Keistimewaan PB Perkhidmatan dan Keistimewaan PB ditadbir oleh Terma dan Syarat yang dikenakan kepada perkhidmatan sedemikian. Bank boleh mengubah, menggantung, menarik balik atau menamatkan mana-mana atau semua perkhidmatan di bawah PB pada bila-bila masa tanpa memberi sebarang sebab. Anda boleh menghubungi Pengurus Perhubungan anda, Talian Perkhidmatan Keutamaan, melawat Alliance Privilege Banking Centre kami atau dari laman web Bank di http://www.alliancebank.com.my/allianceprivilege mengenai perkhidmatan dan keistimewaan semasa yang anda boleh dapati. 2.1. Solusi Keistimewaan Dari semasa ke semasa Bank boleh memperkenalkan keistimewaan PB yang lain dan perkhidmatan yang diberikan oleh pihak ketiga kepada anda. Apa-apa perkhidmatan yang diberikan oleh pihak ketiga adalah tertakluk kepada terma dan syaratnya dan Bank tidak bertanggungjawab bagi apa-apa jua kerugian yang anda mungkin tanggung berhubung dengan perkhidmatan sedemikian. 2.2. Harga Keistimewaan Kad Debit Premium Alliance Privilege: Anda boleh mendapat satu Kad Debit Premium Alliance Privilege apabila membuka Akaun Hybrid. Penepian fi pengeluaran dan fi tahunan Kad Debit Premium Alliance Privilege dilanjutkan sepanjang tempoh keahlian Alliance Privilege. Apabila tamatnya keahlian, anda dikehendaki menyerahkan Kad Debit Premium Alliance Privilege dan Kad Debit Standard akan dikeluarkan untuk anda dan semua fi pengeluaran dan fi tahunan akan dicaj kepada anda. Kad Kredit Visa Infinite: Ahli PB berhak untuk memohon Kad Kredit Visa Infinite dengan syarat pendapatan minimum RM60,000 setahun. Penepian Fi Tahunan Kad Kredit VISA/MasterCard (Untuk Kad Kredit Visa Infinite & Platinum Sahaja): Penepian fi tahunan akan dilanjutkan sepanjang tempoh keahlian PB anda. Fi tahunan untuk kad kredit yang lazim akan dicaj kepada anda dengan sewajarnya apabila keahlian PB tamat. Pengeluaran Tunai ATM: Anda boleh menikmati penepian fi tanpa had untuk pengeluaran tunai ATM yang dibuat melalui MEPS ATM Bank Tempatan di seluruh negara. Fi RM1.06 (Termasuk GST) yang dicaj bagi setiap transaksi akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun pengeluaran pada hari bekerja berikutnya dari tarikh transaksi. Akaun Perdagangan Bukan Margin & Pembiayaan Margin Saham: Anda berhak menikmati penepian fi pentadbiran pembukaan Akaun Perdagangan Bukan Margin dan fi pentadbiran pembukaan akaun Pembiayaan Margin Saham. Pinjaman Perumahan: Anda berhak menikmati penepian fi pemprosesan untuk Pinjaman Perumahan Konvensional Bukan Fleksi Peribadi. Komisen dan Duti Setem: Bank boleh mengenepikan semua komisen dan duti setem untuk cek, cek pengembara, perintah juruwang dan draf permintaan yang dikhususkan untuk kegunaan pelanggan PB dan bukan selainnya. Penepian ini (jika berkenaan) hanya diberikan untuk pengeluaran permulaan dan bukan untuk pembatalan dan/atau pengeluaran semula dan/atau pengeluaran berikutnya (sama ada benefisiari yang sama atau selainnya) dan/atau penunaian. Pindahan Telegrafik: Bank akan mengenepikan caj bank kiriman wang untuk pindahan telegrafik. Walau bagaimanapun anda masih perlu membayar caj kabel kiriman wang bagi setiap transaksi. Page 5 of 7

2.3. Perkhidmatan Keistimewaan Perkhidmatan Juruwang Perbankan Keistimewaan: Anda boleh membuat deposit dan/atau pengeluaran dan/atau transaksi kiriman wang di mana-mana Pusat Perbankan Keistimewaan (Privilege Banking Centre)/kaunter Juruwang dengan laluan beratur ekspres. Peti Simpanan Selamat: Keutamaan penyewaan akan diberikan kepada ahli-ahli tertakluk kepada ketersediaan. Perkhidmatan Pengeluaran: Anda berhak menikmati Perkhidmatan Pengeluaran Tanpa Buku Akaun. Walau bagaimanapun anda mestilah menghadirkan diri di cawangan Bank dan mesti menunjukkan kad pengenalan diri apabila diminta bagi tujuan pengenalan dan pengesahan. Kemudahan ini adalah untuk pemegang akaun peribadi sahaja dan pengeluaran adalah terhad kepada pemegang akaun yakni pengeluaran oleh pihak ketiga tidak dibenarkan. Penghantaran Buku Cek: Anda berhak menerima penghantaran buku cek secara percuma. Walau bagaimanapun anda perlu menandatangan Surat Arahan semasa permohonan untuk buku cek yang baru dengan mengarahkan Pengurus Perhubungan anda menghantar buku cek kepada anda secara peribadi. Pungutan Deposit Cek Pukal: Anda berhak untuk meminta pungutan deposit cek pukal jika anda mempunyai lebih daripada sepuluh (10) keping cek untuk didepositkan pada satu masa. Anda boleh membuat permintaan sedemikian dengan menghubungi Pengurus Perhubungan anda untuk mengatur perkhidmatan kurier untuk memungut cek daripada anda. Pengeluaran dana Deposit Tetap (FD) tanpa resit FD: Anda berhak untuk mengeluarkan FD anda tanpa resit FD. Walau bagaimanapun, anda perlu menandatangani Surat Tanggung rugi yang menyatakan bahawa anda tidak boleh menuntut dana itu lagi pada tarikh kemudian dengan resit yang berada dalam pemilikan anda, anda mestilah menunjukkan kad pengenalan diri anda apabila diminta bagi tujuan pengenalan dan pengesahan. Akses Percuma ke Plaza Premium Lounge: Anda berhak menikmati akses percuma ke Plaza Premium Lounge di KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) dan KLIA2 dengan Kad Debit Premium Alliance Privilege anda. Walau bagaimanapun, anda perlu menunjukkan Kad Debit Premium Alliance Privilege bagi menikmati akses percuma. Sila ambil perhatian bahawa akses ke Plaza Premium Lounge di KLIA dan KLIA2 masing-masing adalah terhad kepada sembilan puluh (90) ahli dan tujuh puluh (70) ahli sahaja pada setiap bulan. 3. Maklumat Anda dengan ini bersetuju dan memberikuasa kepada Bank untuk mendedahkan kepada mana-mana orang di Malaysia termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada syarikat-syarikat dalam kumpulan Bank apa-apa maklumat tentang atau berkenaan dengan anda, hal ehwal anda dan/atau akaun bank bagi tujuan yang Bank anggapkan sesuai atau wajar. Walau apa jua yang disebutkan di atas, Bank mengiktiraf bahawa (i) ia tidak akan mendedahkan maklumat saya kepada kumpulan syarikat yang berada, terletak, menjalankan perniagaan, diperbadankan atau ditubuhkan di Malaysia bagi tujuan jualan-silang jika pendedahan sedemikian dibantah oleh saya; (ii) ia hanya akan mendedahkan maklumat saya (tidak termasuk maklumat berkenaan hal ehwal atau akaun saya) kepada pihak ketiga; termasuk kumpulan syarikat yang berada, terletak, menjalankan perniagaan, diperbadankan atau ditubuhkan di Malaysia bagi tujuan perikatan strategik, pemasaran dan promosi, jika anda telah secara nyata memberi persetujuan untuk pendedahan sedemikian. 4. Perubahan Alamat Anda hendaklah memaklumkan Bank dengan segera secara bertulis berkenaan apa-apa perubahan dalam alamat suratmenyurat anda. 5. Penamatan Keahlian PB 5.1. Anda boleh menamatkan keahlian PB anda dengan memberi notis bertulis kepada Bank. 5.2. Semua perkhidmatan dan keistimewaan PB akan ditamatkan serta-merta apabila anda meninggal dunia atau muflis. 5.3. Pemberian keahlian PB kepada anda adalah atas budibicara mutlak Bank dan Bank boleh membatalkan keahlian PB pada bila-bila masa tanpa memberi notis kepada anda terlebih dahulu. 6. Fi dan Caj Keahlian PB adalah dengan syarat anda memenuhi kriteria kelayakan Bank. Jika kriteria kelayakan tidak dipenuhi, Bank atas budibicara mutlaknya sama ada akan: a) Mengenakan fi (yang akan dipotong daripada mana-mana akaun anda dengan Bank dan anda secara nyata memberikuasa kepada Bank untuk berbuat demikian); atau b) Menurunkan taraf keahlian PB anda. Melainkan jika dinyatakan dalam dokumen ini, caj Bank tidak termasuk cukai semasa dan cukai masa hadapan yang boleh dikenakan (termasuk Cukai Barangan dan Perkhidmatan ( GST )), di bawah undang-undang yang relevan. Bank berhak untuk mendapatkan semula cukai tersebut daripada anda apabila sampai tarikh kuatkuasa pelaksanaan mana-mana cukai sedemikian di masa hadapan dan apabila dikenakan. 7. Tanggungrugi Anda hendaklah menanggungrugi sepenuhnya Bank terhadap semua kos dan perbelanjaan (termasuk fi guaman atas asas tanggungrugi) yang dibelanjakan oleh Bank dalam menguatkuasakan Terma dan Syarat ini dan mendapatkan semula apaapa amaun yang terhutang kepada Bank atau dibelanjakan oleh Bank dalam mana-mana prosiding guaman. 8. Penepian Penepian oleh Bank dalam penguatkuasaan mana-mana Terma dan Syarat tidak akan menjejaskan hak Bank kemudiannya untuk menguatkuasakannya. 9. Pindaan Terma dan Syarat Bank atas budibicara mutlaknya sendiri boleh meminda, menambah atau memadamkan Terma dan Syarat dalam dokumen ini dari semasa ke semasa tanpa memberi notis terlebih dahulu dan ia akan berkuatkuasa pada tarikh yang dipilih oleh Bank. 10. Undang-Undang Yang Mentadbir Terma dan Syarat ini hendaklah ditadbir oleh dan ditafsirkan menurut undang-undang Malaysia. Page 7 of 7
