1 Log in URL: http://www.watsonelec.bswift.com Username: First Initial + Last Name, no spaces or punctuation Password: Last four digits of your social security number Enroll 3 Steps You must complete all three steps of enrollment in order for your elections to be saved! Step 1: Verify Your Personal and Family Information Personal Information Verify your personal information for accuracy and fill in any required fields. If you need to change your name or address information, please contact your HR team. Verify that all information is accurate. Check I agree at the bottom of the page. Click the Continue button. Family Information Please be sure to add all dependents to the Family Information section before proceeding to the next section (enrollment). To do so, click on the + Add Dependents link.
2 When all of your family information is accurate, check I agree checkbox Click the Continue button to proceed with your enrollment. Step 2: Select Your Benefits You will be taken through each benefit type, plan by plan. The first incomplete box will automatically open up. In each box, you must click the Save and Continue button to save any changes and move to the next benefit type. To view your cost breakdown, click the shopping cart. The total will accumulate as you enroll in each benefit plan. To view plan details side-by-side, click the Compare Plans button; or, to view details for just one plan, click View plan details. If you need help choosing a plan, click the Help Me Decide button to view thr best, average, and worst case scenarios for out of pocket costs. Check the box for each dependent you would like to cover. Your cost will adjust according to the chosen tier. Once you have chosen a plan, click the circular button next to the plan name. Click Save and Continue to save your election and continue to the next benefit type.
3 You may edit a completed box by clicking a green Completed button. When you have finished making all of your benefit elections (the boxes will be green if they are complete), click the Continue button at the bottom of the page. If applicable, you will be taken to Beneficiary Designation, Questions, or Other Coverages pages. Beneficiaries You may add beneficiaries that are not your dependents (parents, siblings, etc.) by clicking +Add New Beneficiary. Enter the required information, and then click Save and Add Another or Save and Continue. You may split the amount amongst your beneficiaries, but both primary and secondary percentages must total 100%. When you are satisfied with your designations, click the Continue button. Other Coverages You will be asked to provide other coverage information if you have secondary insurance. If applicable, fill out the necessary fields, and then click Continue to move on to the final confirmation page. Step 3: Last Step - Confirm and Save your Elections! Double-check all of your benefit plan elections and covered dependents. Review the agreement text at the bottom of the page. Check the I agree, and I m finished with my enrollment checkbox Click the Save My Enrollment button. You will see a popup if your enrollment requires any additional documentation.
4 Confirmation Statements When you reach the Confirmation Page (pictured below), you have completed your enrollment. You may view or print your confirmation statement by clicking one of the blue boxes. This statement can be found at any time by clicking My Benefits Current Benefits in the top menu. You may view your personal information or edit your beneficiaries at any time by clicking My Profile in the top menu (pictured on next page) You may view your plan summaries, enrollment forms, carrier links, and other important company documents in the Library at any time. 5 Life Events 5 Steps 1. Log in If you need help logging in, please refer to the Log In section of this guide on page 1. 2. Report your life event Click one of the links pictured below to be taken to the Life Event page. Hint: you may find vendor links, change your beneficiaries, and view your benefits at any time from this page! Choose the applicable life event from the dropdown Enter the life event date (for birth, the date of birth; for marriage, the marriage date, etc) Click the Save button.
6 3. Add Family Members If your life event requires the addition of a dependent to the benefits portal, you will be directed to the Family Information section in order to add your dependent. Fill out the required fields, and then click the Save button. On the next page, confirm that your life event information is correct. You will be required to provide additional documentation in order for your coverage to be approved. Click the Save button. Be sure to add or remove dependents to your benefits by completing Step 4! 4. Make Changes to Your Benefits Now that you have reported your life event and/or added dependent(s), you must add or remove the dependent(s) from coverage. Instructions for enrollment can be found on pages 2-5 of this guide. Enrollment restrictions will apply, depending on your life event type. Note: you must report your life event within 30 days of the event in order to complete this step. 5. Upload Documentation to the Employee File In order for your life event to be approved, you must provide the necessary documentation for your life event. From your Homepage, click the Employee File shortcut in the My Profile box, or click My Profile in the top navigation menu. Upload your document by clicking Add Employee File Document. Once this step is complete, you have finished your life event enrollment.
