Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. There will be one (1) drawing to award one (1) prize. Rules. Once you have completed the registration, you will receive one entry in to the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries in excess of the limit will be disqualified. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about Thursday, February 25, 2016 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by the Administrator. Conduct of the Sweepstakes and the drawing are under the supervision of the Administrator. Potential prize winner will be notified by phone and/or by email or mail whichever is deemed appropriate by the Administrator, using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential prize winning notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any potential winner for any reason. Air Travel consists of round-trip economy class airfare and includes; carrier and government-imposed taxes and fees including the September 11th Security Fee. All travel is subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other discount/promotion. The Prize is provided on an as is basis, without any warranty of any kind. Prize is nontransferable. Prize may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable. Winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the same dates. Air Travel shall be by economy coach class roundtrip from a major gateway to the location of the Prize, and all such travel arrangements will be made by a designated representative of Sponsor whose decisions regarding the itinerary are final and binding. Selection of airline and airport shall be at the discretion of Sponsor or any other provider of any portion of the Prize. PUBLICITY: Each Sweepstakes entrant hereby grants, if he or she is a potential winner and accepts any prize in the Sweepstakes, to Sponsor or those acting under its authority the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up worldwide right and license to use the winner s name and biographical information (collectively Information ) and to film, photograph and record such winner, including his or her picture, portrait, video, likeness and/or voice (collectively, Likeness ), and to use such Information and Likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without consideration or further permission. 7. DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for, and entrant hereby releases the Released Parties from any claims arising from: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and (vi) participation in the Sweepstakes or (vii) use of any prize. 9.
