All application shall be accompanied with DD/Pay order for an amount of Rs.3,000/- ( Rupees Three Thousand Only) (non- refundable) in favour of Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India payable at New Delhi towards cost of application and all the relevant documents. 4. Bidder should not make any alteration in the offer document without due signature or initials. 5.
