GENERAL NOTES The Terms and Conditions are subject to alteration without prior notice. The fees mentioned below are to be understood for normal transactions. For transactions requiring special handling or having special risks, we reserve the right to charge additional fees. In such cases, any prepaid expenses and foreign correspondent s charges which arise, will also be charged separately. The charged commissions are not subject to refunding. The handling of documentary credits is subject to Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, latest version. The handling of guarantees is subject to the current Uniform Rules for Guarantees of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. The handling of collections is subject to the current Uniform Rules for Collections of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. CUT-OFF-TIME for USD payments: 15:00 h Frankfurt Time (transfers with Currency Conversion 15:00h). In exceptional cases the extension of cut-off-times until 17:00 (CET) is possible but only provided a prior written notice to us until 12:00 (CET). This remains however subject to sole discretion of the bank.
