The term of insurance under MIP would be for one year. Completed application duly filled in along with the following Annexures duly signed by the authorized official of tenderer shall be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before 4:00 p.m. on September 19, 2018. 1. 6. Copy of Registration Certificate with IRDA duly attested by an authorized official of tenderer. The quotation along with the Annexures should be submitted in sealed envelope as Quotation for premium under Master Insurance Policy and shall be addressed to The General Manager NPA Management Group (NMG), IDBI Bank Ltd., IDBI Tower, 11 th floor, World Trade Centre (WTC), Cuffe Parade, Colaba, Mumbai-400005 on or before 4:00 p.m. on September 19, 2018. Bidders shall note that the quotations in the sealed envelope shall be opened at 5:00 p.m. on September 19, 2018 in the presence of Bank Officials and Officials of the Insurance Companies/Firms who may wish to be present during opening of the bids, at the above mentioned address. If any information furnished by the applicant is found to be incorrect at a later date, the bidder shall to be debarred from tendering/taking up the work in IDBI Bank Ltd. The Bank reserves the right to verify particulars furnished by the applicant independently. Annexure II General Terms 1. The insurance company/firm should be duly registered with IRDA presently and should have a specific policy to meet the requirements of the Bank 2. The term of the insurance shall be for one year with starting date as mutually agreed upon. 3. It should be validly existing insurance company/firm under the existing Indian Laws. 4. The insurance Company/firm should have Offices in multi locations including tier 2 and tier 3 cities. 5. The insurance company/firm covering the entire mentioned silent risks (burglary and fire) and standard perils as stipulated by the Bank in the notice and quoting lowest premium, would be declared as successful bidder and would be intimated separately. 6. The premium to be quoted by bidders shall be exclusive of GST. 7. The decision of the Bank would be final and binding on all parties concerned in the bidding process. 8. Annexure-V Scope of Cover for Insurance Company under Master Insurance Policy 1. Silent risks namely Burglary and Fire with Standard Perils which include (lightning, explosion/implosion, riot, strike, storm, cyclone, typhoon, tempest, hurricane, tornado, flood, land slide, aircraft damage, bush fire etc.) 2. Insurance for one year with starting date as mutually agreed upon between the Bank and the Insurer. The right to renew the policy after one year solely lies with IDBI Bank. 3. Mid-term or Annual additions/deletions of the assets by IDBI Bank and pro-rata premium payment/refund shall be applicable and binding on the Insurer. 4. All claims under the policy will be processed expeditiously by the Insurer who would adhere to the TAT and also comply with standard IRDA and other extant guidelines 5.
