ITEM 8.01 Other Events For the auction for the SLM Student Loan Trust 2002-7 Class A-8 Notes occurring on March 19, 2015, an affiliate of Navient Funding, LLC intends to submit a buy bid for $10,000,000 principal amount of outstanding Class A-8 Notes at a rate equal to one-month LIBOR + 1.50% per annum.
