Under Article lk:k of the Agreement the Parties shall submit, on a semiannual basis ; reports of any anti-dumping actions taken within the preceding six months. 2. At its May 1980 meeting the Committee agreed that semi-annual reports to be submitted before the autumn session of the Committee would cover the period 1 January 1980-30 June 1980 (ADP/M/2 paragraph 23). 3. Following the discussion at the May 1980 meeting of the Committee the Chairman proposed a standard form for these reports (ADP/3). h. The reports submitted to the secretariat "by Austria, European Economic Communities and Finland are reproduced hereunder. Parties to the Agreement which have not yet submitted reports are invited to do so without delay.
