In December 2003 we introduced new veterinarian coverages as part of our BOP program. This was done by using the Office classification and adding the appropriate veterinarian endorsements to the policy. We have now developed a separate classification for Veterinarian Offices which uses a lower relativity than the existing office class. We have also reduced our Veterinarian Professional Liability rates. These changes will make our Veterinarian Program more competitive providing increased opportunity for you to compete in this line of business. Attached are the new manual pages to illustrate these changes.
