Our combination of specialist expertise, bespoke risk management advice, tailored cover and world class claims service with an overall net promoter score of +74* will deliver the excellence you and your clients are looking for. And we understand that when your clients make a claim they are expecting us to deliver on our promise quickly and effectively. So our policies do not automatically include restrictive warranties or wear and tear conditions, both of which could affect the amount your clients receive in the event of a claim. Our claims service has one focus setting your client s mind at ease by working quickly, smoothly and efficiently to put right whatever has gone wrong. We understand that your clients are relying on our expertise and support. So we re here for them whenever they need us at any time of the day or night, 365 days a year. Wherever your clients are in the world, they can call our single claims helpline and we will act immediately to deal with their emergency, whatever the loss. To deliver the highest quality of service, we ll provide your client with their own multi-skilled and professionally qualified claims specialist. As your client s dedicated contact, they will take responsibility for resolving the claim keeping you and your client regularly updated and ensuring complete satisfaction with the outcome. We appreciate that every situation is unique so we will settle your client s claim in the way that best suits their individual needs. Your clients can select their own contractor or supplier or use one of our recommended specialists. Alternatively, they can choose to receive a full cash settlement, which will be paid into their chosen bank account within 48 hours of agreeing settlement.
