SGBL offers to Platinum or Infinite cardholder, the opportunity to complete his prestige card selection with, the payment card specially conceived for immediate debit transactions and assorted with many valuable privileges. I. CHARACTERISTICS A. THE CARD card allows its holder to make purchases at all merchants displaying MasterCard logo in Lebanon and abroad. It also allows him to make withdrawals from any MasterCard ATM network around the world. Useful tip: Sign immediately the back of the card upon reception and keep it safe. CARD VALIDITY The card is valid until the last day of the month indicated on its front side. It will be renewed before its expiration date, to allow its holder to benefit continuously from all services. The cardholder can get the new card one month before the expiration of the previous one. PIN CODE Mandatory for all ATM withdrawal transactions and frequently required for purchase transactions, the Pin Code is a security guarantee: The Pin is personal. No one is entitled to ask for it: neither legal authorities, nor SGBL or MasterCard. It should be memorized and the document on which it was delivered should be destroyed. If a PIN code is forgotten, a new one may be requested at the branch. The card and its secret code should never be kept together. B. PAYMENTS AND WITHDRAWALS PAYMENTS With card, the cardholder can make purchases at all merchants displaying MasterCard logo, in Lebanon and abroad, within the balance available in the current account linked to the card. The amount of purchases is debited from the current account directly after the transaction. Steps to follow: Present your card to the merchant. Validate your payment by signing the receipt of payment given by the merchant. 1 Compulsory condition to enable subscription to card. 3/5
WITHDRAWALS The amounts withdrawn from ATMs as well as the commission on withdrawals are directly debited from the current account linked to the card. Commissions on withdrawals: ATM Network Commission SGBL Free BLF usd 1 or LBP 1,500 Other (local & international) 1% with a minimum of USD 5 CAPACITY OF PURCHASE AND WITHDRAWAL The daily capacity of purchase and withdrawal is customizable. C. CARD MALFUNCTIONNING In the event of card malfunctioning, the Card Service will advise and assist the cardholder to put the problem in order in the shortest delays. D. CARD LOSS OR THEFT In the event of theft or loss of card, or if the card has been retained by the automated teller machine (ATM), it should be stopped immediately: Steps to follow : The cardholder should immediately call SGBL card authorization center opened 24/24: - From Lebanon : 1274 or +961 1 489 583 - From abroad : +961 3 477 777 or +961 1 489 583 The branch should be notified by phone, telegram or fax and a written confirmation should be immediately sent. A stolen card should be declared to the police. A copy of the theft declaration should be provided to the branch. Following the notification, the cardholder is immediately released from any liability towards all subsequent transactions, except the ones requiring the use of a Pin Code. Replacement costs resulting from the opposition of the card will be at the cardholder s charge. The cardholder should not try to use his card if found after loss/theft notification, because it would have been cancelled. It should be destroyed and returned to SGBL branch. 4/5

EXTENDED WARRANTY The life of the original manufacturer s warranty on purchased goods is lengthened by one additional year. EXPENSES CONTROL AND TRACKING Many means are available for expenses control and tracking: MONTHLY CARD STATEMENT A free monthly card statement is issued the 5th of each month to allow the cardholder to track all payment and withdrawal operations made on card, in Lebanon and abroad. Payment receipts should always be kept, in order to compare them with the monthly card statement. ESGBL Online banking service esgbl allows tracking of expenses made on card, in «Credit card details» section. SMS SECUSPEND This free of charge service with card, allows the cardholder immediate track of his card transactions: SMS notification following to each transaction made on the card. Alert in case of fraudulent card use (theft or loss), to stop it immediately. 5/5
