New Bett3r app Changes The Onboarding journey will include interactive rather than static screens. The Bett3r overview will now be called My cycle. The Notifications screen will be included alongside the Home screen. Global navigation has been introduced. In the Pay Account: New icons and colours make it clearer as to what action is required for bill items For future bills we now provide the amount being set aside, the amount that will be held by the end in the cycle and the amount remaining to set aside The Off Track status will now show by how much the account is off track. New Get on track link provides ways to get the account back on track. In the Save Account: Unallocated funds will be displayed like a general savings goal Moving money between goals is easier Ability to make a part purchase of a save goal. In Spend, there will be only one tab for Transaction history to avoid duplication. Please refer to the AMP Bett3r app quick reference guide for further details. 5 Bett3r May enhancements

Onboarding correspondence The following on-boarding correspondence to new customers has been consolidated and improved: Customers will receive a single welcome email and letter Customers applying for joint deposit/offset account ownership will receive a single welcome letter Customers applying for joint deposit/offset account ownership will receive separate welcome emails where one of the applicants has failed the online identity verification Loan originators will receive an account creation confirmation email. Thunderhead will send a single letter, addressing the names of each owner and using the mail address of the prime contact in NTBS. Thunderhead will store the letter in DRS and NTBS will be updated with DRS links for the Welcome Letter against each customer. 7 Bett3r May enhancements

Rewards The bonus interest rate for the Bett3r Save account is to be paid on balances less than or equal to $100k. This is part of existing Terms and Conditions which will be applied from now on. The effective rate will be displayed for the Save account in the new Bett3r app and in Bett3r within My AMP. For those with balances over $100k in Save, this will be a calculation of the base and bonus interest rates. 10 Bett3r May enhancements

Fees The Monthly Account Management fee applicable to the AMP Pay Account (deposit version) is waived for AMP employees. All new employees are identified and set up as staff on joining. When existing AMP employees apply for a new Bett3r account they must contact Bank Operations to ensure they are noted as staff on NTBS. Please ask the employee to send an email including their employee ID to deposits@amp.com.au. Bett3r offset customers with an AMP Bank Basic Home loan are charged only one fee rather than 3. The fee is applied to the Bett3r Pay account offset. 12 Bett3r May enhancements

Bett3r offset NextGen inclusion A Bett3r offset check box is added to the product selector in Lodgement Centre and Application Centre. Bett3r is available for new loans and variations. Only one Bett3r account is allowed. The Bett3r offset account applications will be submitted via Straight Through Processing to NTBS. 14 Bett3r May enhancements
Bett3r offset NextGen inclusion It is now available as an additional feature. This will then be reflected as a chosen feature on the main screen located under the Load Details tab. 15 Bett3r May enhancements
