This registration is only for the purpose of registration of Road Transport Contractors for issuance of Limited Tender enquiries and does not guarantee any work to the Registered Transporter in any way. Actual award of work will be decided on a tender-to-tender basis after such registered Transporter quote against Limited Tender enquiries. In this regard it may also be noted that the tenderers / transporters may apply in any one category or in all 3 categories. Upon processing of application and the application found to be acceptable to the company, the applicant transport contractor shall have to sign and seal on each page of the general instruction to the tenderers, terms & conditions governing the contract and other standard forms for limited tender enquiries as token of acceptance of the same which shall be binding for the entire period of registration irrespective of the number of enquiries sent to them during such period.
