Electronic Invoices All invoices are issued electronically to the student s kent.edu email address approximately 3 weeks prior to the due date. Fall 2016 e-bills will be published on Friday, 08/30/2016 Students can also set up authorized users to view and receive their electronic student invoices at https://payonline.kent.edu /Student Login/Authorize User PINs/Add New Students and authorized users are notified by e-mail once their invoice has been issued 5
Electronic Invoices Not all registration activity will result in an invoice being issued prior to a due date Students can check their up-to-date account information via FlashLine/Student/Finances/Tuition and Payments/My Student Account Detail Late or non-payment may cause the student to lose their schedule and/or be assessed a late fee 6
Payment Options Single Payment Due on/by 09/16/16 Monthly Payment Plan Divides the cost of the term over a 3 month period $55 service fee per term to participate in the plan Available during the Fall and Spring terms Plan is managed through Tuition Management Systems (TMS) Payments are due the first of each month and paid directly to TMS Enroll at www.kent.afford.com or call 800-722-4867 7

Payment Options Financial Aid Will be deducted from the amount due if it has been awarded to the student before a scheduled due date Outside Scholarships - Notify the Student Financial Aid Office of any outside scholarships prior to the due date College Savings Plan (529) - Funds need to be received in the Bursar s Office on/by payment due dates Bursar s Office 131 9
Payment Methods The Bursar's Office accepts cash, personal checks, money orders, cashier s checks, and electronic debiting from a checking or savings account. We also accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express or Diner s Club Online payments can be made at https://payonline.kent.edu A convenience fee is assessed for credit/debit card payments There is no fee for making an electronic payment from a checking/savings account Payments can be made in the Bursar's Office or at any Regional campus using check, cash or money order 10

Refund Preference Each student will be issued a Personal Code in order to select a refund preference for their student refunds. Options are: Direct Deposit to a personal bank account BankMobile Vibe Bank Account BankMobile will mail the Welcome packet containing the Personal Code shortly after the student s initial registration. (If code is lost, contact the Bursar s Office for a new code). Student will log into refundselection.com and set up a refund preference.
