Twins Of Faith Exhibition Agreement Twins Of Faith Conference will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on October 8 th, 2016. This is a contract between the organizers of Twins of Faith, hereafter referred to as MANAGEMENT, and those who purchase exhibit space at the Twins Of Faith conference, hereafter referred to as Exhibitor. MANAGEMENT shall have the authority to interpret and enforce these rules. All matters not covered by these rules are subject to the sole decision of MANAGEMENT. All decisions so made shall be as binding on all parties as the original rules. The exhibiting firm or its designated representative is responsible for familiarizing itself with all rules and regulations. The exhibiting firm or its representative who fails to observe these conditions or the terms of the contract may be excluded from the Exhibition without a refund. The terms and conditions in any attachment (like the floorplan or booth type) are part of this contract. General Terms and Conditions MANAGEMENT reserves the right to take the following actions at any time prior to or during the Exhibition and at its sole discretion: (1) Decline to provide space to an Exhibitor whose exhibition material(s) and/or content are objectionable to MANAGEMENT and/or are not consistent with MANAGEMENT's by-laws, rules and regulations; (2) Prohibit any exhibit, or part thereof, which violates this Contract or is, in any other way, not suitable for, or in keeping with, the character and spirit of the Exhibition; (3) Close any exhibit which is found to be too loud, disruptive and/or disturbs other exhibits because of, among other things, material, content or method of operation or which exhibit violates this Agreement; and/or (4) Refuse to permit an Exhibitor who violates this Agreement to participate in one or more future Exhibitions. Products or services sold, displayed/demonstrated in actual, printed or audio-visual manner must meet Islamic standards that MANAGEMENT wishes to observe. Exhibitors and their staff are expected to follow Islamic standards of behaviour and ethics when dealing with customers and soliciting businesses. The determination of Islamic standards shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of MANAGEMENT, and MANAGEMENT shall have the authority to require the removal of any and all goods, displays, or other materials not meeting this standard. The refusal to remove shall immediately terminate this contract, and the exhibitor shall be immediately removed from the exhibit area and the exhibitor shall not be issued a refund of any fees or cost. Amendments MANAGEMENT may amend these rules and regulations at any time, and all amendments so made shall be binding on exhibitors equally with the original rules and regulations. Disputes and Dispute Resolutions Policy Any requests and/or disputes with respect to this Exhibition Contract must be made to Management. MANAGEMENT may terminate the exhibitor's Contract when MANAGEMENT believes that: (a). the premises in which the exhibition is or is to be conducted has become unfit for occupancy, or (b). the holding of the Twins Of Faith conference under the contract is substantially or materially prevented or interfered with by a cause or causes not reasonably within MANAGEMENT control. MANAGEMENT is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs or other unfavourable conditions that arise as a result of such termination. Furthermore, in the event of such termination, MANAGEMENT may retain such part of exhibitor's rental as shall be required to recompense it for expenses incurred up to the time of such termination or incident to such termination, with no liability for either party to the contract. The exhibitor waives all claims for damages or recovery of payments made except for the return of the pro-rated amount paid for exhibit space less expenses incurred by MANAGEMENT. The above phrase "a cause or causes not reasonably within MANAGEMENT control" includes but is not limited to: fire; casualty; flood; epidemic; threat of terrorist attack; earthquake; explosion; accident; blockage; embargo; inclement weather; act of public enemy; riot or civil disturbance; strike, lockout, boycott or other labour disturbance; inability to secure necessary labour; technical or personnel failure; lack of or impaired transportation facilities; inability to obtain, condemnation, requisition or commandeering of necessary supplies or equipment or services; orders or restraints imposed by civil defense, military or other types of governmental authorities; or acts of God. Liability and Insurance MANAGEMENT, the Convention Centre and their officers, directors, agents, employees or representatives (hereafter referred to as the indemnities) shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, or to the Exhibitor's employees or property, prior, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. The Exhibitor, on signing this contract, expressly releases the indemnities from, and agrees to indemnify same against, any and all claims for such loss, damage or injury. The exhibitor also agrees to indemnify the indemnities from any and all liability, costs or damages arising out of or relating to acts or omissions of the exhibitor, its agents, its volunteers or employees. Exhibitors desiring to carry insurance on their exhibits will place it at their own expense In no event shall Twins Of Faith, MANAGEMENT or any of its officers, directors, agents, volunteers or employees be liable to exhibitors for any amount beyond the booth rental fee actually paid by the exhibitor to MANAGEMENT with respect to which or in connection with which liability is asserted for any indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages (including but not limited to claims for lost profits) arising out of or relating to a the event, the rental of booth space, the conduct of Twins Of Faith, any breach of contract, or any other act, omission or occurrence. Exhibitor also assumes all risks of loss, injury, theft or damage of any kind or nature whatsoever to any exhibit or component thereof; including but not limited to goods, merchandise, cash, records, or any other property. The Exhibitor understands that neither MANAGEMENT nor the Metro Toronto Convention Centre maintain insurance covering the exhibitor's property; it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Damage of Property
Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused to exhibition building, floors, walls, columns standard booth equipment or other exhibitors' property. Exhibitors may not apply paint, lacquer, adhesive or any other coating to building columns and floors, or to standard booth equipment. Exhibition hours Exhibitors are only allowed to operate at the following times: Instructions on the timing of setting up the booth will provided at a later time Exhibition hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm All vendors must depart by 11:00 pm on Saturday October 8 th, 2016 Registered Business All exhibitors must be legally registered companies/businesses carrying on business either in Canada or in their country of origin in accordance with applicable laws. MANAGEMENT may require exhibitors to prove that they are carrying on a bona fide business at any time. Booth Unit Application for booth space is subject to availability of booth. MANAGEMENT reserves the right in its sole discretion to accept or reject any application without giving any reason. A prime booth space includes one table, three chairs, drape backdrop, and three complimentary passes. A regular booth space includes one table and two chairs, and two complimentary passes. Booths are identified by placing the assigned booth number or numbers on the table. Each booth rental also includes the right to purchase 4 additional passes at a discounted price. All displays must be confined to the assigned booth, 10 ft x 10 ft by 8 ft high and should not obstruct the view or access to surrounding displays/ booths. All displays, discussions, & other activities must be confined to the booth. Audio, video, and multimedia equipment will be monitored by Exhibition personnel to ensure that a comfortable sound level is maintained. Exhibitors may not move from an assigned booth to another booth, assume additional booth space, or move booth tables, chairs, drapes or accessories from and between other booths without a properly authorized booth change form. Booths must be setup and dismantled according to the schedule which will be provided after your reservation. Any exceptions must be requested 30 days prior to the event. MANAGEMENT reserves the right to alter locations of exhibits as shown on the official floor plan, if deemed advisable and in conference's best interests. Dismantling or removing an exhibit or materials before the official closing of the show is prohibited (due to safety reasons). MANAGEMENT is responsible for maintaining all in-and-out traffic schedules at the exhibit site and handling the move-in and move-out of all exhibitors' materials and equipment. MANAGEMENT will also maintain control and have priority at the loading areas at all times. Failure to comply may result in the exhibitor at fault being barred from future Twins Of Faith Conferences.
All exhibits must be staffed by at least one attendant during ALL exhibit hours, unless otherwise agreed to in writing with MANAGEMENT. Subletting of Space Exhibitors agree not to assign, sublet, or apportion space or any part thereof allotted to them ( exhibit space ). Only one exhibitor may occupy each exhibit space. Distribution of literature or advertising outside the exhibit space is not allowed. Products to be displayed Only products or services listed on the Exhibitor s Form may be displayed by the exhibitor. Permission to display products not listed on the Exhibitor s Form must be obtained in writing from MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT reserves the right to remove from the exhibitor s exhibit space any items that are not listed on the Exhibitors Form and which do not have MANAGEMENT approval. Photos and Videos Taken at the Event By participating in the Twins Of Faith Conference, all participants agree to grant permission that, in consideration of their appearance, any photos and video taken at the event may be used for the production of current and all future related editorial and promotional materials for the Twins Of Faith Conference. Registration and Admission Admission to the conference will be by official badge (or other mark or emblem) obtained upon registration, entitling the wearer to attendance in accordance with admission policies. The badge is not transferable. MANAGEMENT shall have sole authority over admission policies at all times. MANAGEMENT reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from the conference any person whose conduct is deemed by MANAGEMENT to be disorderly or unbecoming. Cancellation policy No refunds due to exhibit space cancellation will be granted. The exhibitor will be obligated to pay the total rental cost of the exhibit space. If you are unable to attend the conference because of any reason, MANAGEMENT will not be able to refund the booth payment. You may transfer your booth to another vendor with the approval of MANAGEMENT; all such requests should be made in writing. A deposit is required at time of confirmation of space equal to 50% of the price, and full payment must be made by September 1 st, 2015. Other items No food or beverages may be sold unless you are a food vendor. Unauthorized fund-raising or soliciting is NOT permitted in the Bazaar or any other areas of the convention centre. Motorized vehicles may not be operated within the exhibit halls without prior written approval of MANAGEMENT. Fireworks or incendiary devices, fuel tanks, heating appliances are strictly prohibited
Equipment with sharp or protruding edges posing a potential danger to attendees and/or exhibit personnel at whatever level must have protective covering and/or be flagged. No firearms of any nature may be brought into the Convention Centre No live animals of any size will be permitted in the Convention Centre. This does not include companion animals for people with disabilities. No balloons of any size or type will be permitted for display purposes in the Convention Centre. Photographing booths is limited to candid shots only. Exhibitors and photographers shall not disrupt visitor traffic by clearing booths or aisles for photography during the regular conference hours. Fire, Safety and Health The exhibitor agrees to accept full responsibility for compliance with local, city and provincial/state fire, safety and health ordinances regarding the installation and operation of equipment or otherwise relating to the exhibitor or his/her booth. Furthermore, all exhibit materials and equipment must be located within the booth and protected by safety guards and devices where necessary to prevent personal accident or injury to spectators or to other exhibitors. Access for Persons with Disabilities MANAGEMENT works to provide an accessible convention for all attendees with disabilities and believes that persons with disabilities should be given the opportunity to participate and interact to the fullest extent possible. MANAGEMENT encourages you as a prospective exhibitor, to make your booth accessible to people with disabilities. Pirated or copyright infringing materials MANAGEMENT will monitor the bazaar hall and will not tolerate the sale or distribution of any pirated materials at its conference. This includes but is not limited to books, CD's, DVD's, software, etc. MANAGEMENT will enforce this policy and pursue any and all legal remedies to prevent piracy or copyright violations at its conference. The pirated or copyright infringing merchandise will be confiscated at the expense of the Exhibitor and no refund will be granted for any monies paid, invested or donated towards the Conference. MANAGEMENT reserves the right to evict any and all Exhibitors from the Exhibition when such Exhibitors are in the possession of copyright infringing materials. Food Vendors Only Exhibitors specifically engaged to provide food services are allowed to sell food or beverages at the conference. The Exhibitor assumes full responsibility to comply with the City s food and safety laws. The Exhibitor is required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with minimum liability coverage of $5 million. Twins Of Faith, MANAGEMENT or the Convention are not responsible for any loss or damage arising out of acts, products or services by the Exhibitor, its employees or its volunteers. Only MANAGEMENT reserves the right to sell the products, including, but not limited to the following: all varieties of pop, soft drinks, chips, snacks, cookies, muffins, etc. Although Twins Of Faith attracts a large attendance, we cannot guarantee any sales volume for your products and/or services. Your sales will depend on several factors such as the quality of products/ services, pricing, demand, economy, advertising strategy, and more.

Exhibitors may use the conference center circle to check-in and unload. On both Friday and Saturday Exhibitors are required to park in the conference center parking garage once unloaded Park in the circle. Check in at the Exhibitor Registration Table inside the lobby Get your space assignment UNLOAD QUICKLY and then park your car (leave your items inside the lobby with someone from your group, the organizing team is not responsible for personal items). Return to the lobby and then bring your goods to the (lower level.) Saturday, October 8th - EXPO CHECK IN 7 AM All Exhibitors MUST Check-in FIRST before setting up. Exhibitors will receive name badges when they check-in on Saturday morning. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to make arrangements if someone is to relieve them during the show or leaving your space. Badges or tickets will be held at the door. No exhibitor/worker will be admitted to the show without a badge or an admission ticket
