1. Introduction Purpose: To facilitate the students of GSFC University with an Online Payment Solution specifically tailored to cater for all types of their Fee Deposits. GSFC University has tied up with HDFC Smart-Hub to offer the students a secure and fast way to make Fee payments anytime anywhere (24*7) through GSFC University Portal. Types of Fee Payment on GSFC University Portal: Enrollment Fee Tuition Fee Exam Fee Reassessment Fee Sports Facility Fee Hostel Fee Important Instructions GSFC University has made special arrangements for the students by providing Help Desk of HDFC Bank at School of Science (SOS) Ground Floor for processing of Offline payment with the authorized signature and stamp. All the students are instructed to take the print outs of 3 copies of Challan by entering your unique Roll No. on Smart-Hub Link made available on www.gsfcuni.edu.in, fill the requisite details and then visit at HDFC Help Desk, SOS Ground Floor for submission of payment. Challan is to be submitted only at HDFC Help Desk, SOS. It will NOT be accepted at any other branch. Note that Cash Payments WILL NOT BE accepted under any circumstance. VISIT HDFC HELP DESK AT SOS WITH PRINT OUTS OF RESPECTIVE CHALLAN For Online fees payments kindly ensure your debit/credit card limit is more than the fees payment structure. For more details on knowing your debit/credit card limit, students are requested to contact their bank to avoid any failure in online transaction. ** Different Fee collection notices shall be communicated separately to students through GSFC University Portal and Notices as per the Fee schedule ** Detailed Guidelines for all types of Fee Payment is mentioned in the steps as shown below. ** All the Students are requested to get themselves acquaint with the online as well as offline guidelines as soon as possible 3
2. Online Fees Payment 1. Go to University Website i.e. www.gsfcuni.edu.in 2. Click on Pay Fees option from Home screen. 3. After clicking on Pay Fees, you will automatically be redirected to Smart-hub of University for making fees payment. 4
4. Enter your Roll number in Student ID textbox and click on Show Details button. 5. After clicking on Show Details button, confirm your details like Name, Course, Specialization, Email and Course term. 6. Kindly verify your fees details displayed on Smart-hub portal like fees type and total fees payable for semester. 5
7. After verification of the details, click on Proceed button. 8. Kindly verify your total amount of fees (Exam + Tuition fees) as well as Late fees if paid after due date. If student pays the fees before the due date then late fees is charged zero and if the fees is paid after the due date it will be charged to the student according to the university policy. 9. Select online payment Option and then click on Pay Button. 6
10. After clicking the Pay button, it will redirect to payment page where you c a n choose the payment mode (Credit / Debit / Net banking). 11. After selecting Credit/Debit card option, choose the type of card (VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro) and enter the card details which include card number, expiry date, name of the card holder and CVV number. 7
12. After punching the details, click Pay Now button. 13. After clicking Pay Now button, it will redirect you to confirm page. 8
14. After pressing the Confirm button, enter OTP received on mobile number which is registered with the credit/debit card. 15. After entering the OTP, click Submit Button. 16. After clicking Submit Button, you will be redirected to Response page and you will get message as your transaction is successfully processed. 9
17. Kindly click on Save as PDF option. 18. After clicking the Save as PDF button, the fees receipt will be automatically downloaded in printable form. 10 10
3. Offline Fees Payment If you want to pay fees via Offline mode like: Cheque / DD / RTGS / NEFT then you can avail one of the option. 1. Go to University Website i.e. www.gsfcuni.edu.in 2. Click on Pay Fees option from Home screen. 3. After clicking on Pay Fees, you will automatically be redirected to Smart-hub of University for making fees payment. 11 11
4. Enter your Roll number in Student ID textbox and click on Show Details button. 5. Select Challan payment Option and then select the mode of payment (NEFT / RTGS, Cheque, DD). 13 13
10. If the mode of transaction is Cheque, you must click on Cheque option and then click on Pay. 11. Cheque Challan will automatically get downloaded which needs to be printed, filled with complete details and submitted only at HDFC Help Desk. 14 14
12. If the mode of transaction is Demand draft, you must click on Demand Draft option and then click on Pay. 13. Demand Draft Challan will automatically get downloaded which needs to be printed, filled with complete details and submitted only at HDFC Help Desk. 15 15
14. If the mode of transaction is through NEFT/RTGS, you must click on NEFT/RTGS option and then click on Pay. 15. NEFT/RTGS challan will automatically get downloaded which needs to be printed, filled with complete details and submitted either at the branch or at HDFC Help Desk.. Note that Submission of Xerox copy of e-receipt for NEFT payment to Admission department is mandatory. 16 16
4. Print Old E-Receipt Option 16. Student can even download their previous fees paid receipt by clicking on Print Old E-Receipt option. 17 17
