The Expression of Interest submitted by prospective buyers is only to request for priority to book the unit/s in the upcoming project nick named Expat Vida Up-Town as and when Expat Projects and Development Pvt. Ltd. chooses to open the bookings for the project to general public. Please note that statutory development approvals for the upcoming project nick named Expat Vida Up-Town are currently under process and are awaited. Please note that the selling price, area of the units, specifications, master plans and amenities indicated to prospective buyers are tentative only and are subject to change without any prior notice from Expat Projects and Development Pvt. Ltd. It is understood that Expat Projects and Development Pvt. Ltd. will go ahead and process this Product Application Form (herein after referred as PAF) and encash Cheque submitted by prospective buyer. Please note that the selection and allotment of unit is subject to realization of Product Application Form cheque, subject to availability and final confirmation from Expat Projects and Development Pvt. Ltd., and allocation of such units will be at the sole discretion of Expat Projects and Development Pvt. Ltd. Expat Projects and Development Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion may choose to return the expression of interest along with the Product Application Form cheque/s and / or return the priority booking request reservation amount paid by prospective buyers without assigning any reason whatsoever. Expat Projects and Development Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw/reschedule the launch of the project and /or withdraw allotment of units to prospective buyers by returning any of the Product Application Form amount paid by prospective buyers and they shall claim no interest or such other form of compensation on the refund of Product Application Form Amount paid. It is understood that the prospective buyers have the right to cancel the reservation of a unit prior to executing an Agreement to Sale with Expat Projects and Development Pvt. Ltd., by sending a written request in which case the priority booking reservation amount, if any paid by the prospective buyer shall be refunded fully without any deduction, except to the extent of any brokerage amount, if any paid towards the transaction subject to a maximum extent of Rs. 50,000 per unit. The prices indicated in this form are applicable only for a limited number of units, post which Expat Projects and Development Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the price without any prior notice. Only courts at Bangalore will have the jurisdiction to decide on any dispute regarding the above terms and conditions.
