It is understood that the prospective buyers have the right to cancel the reservation of a unit prior to executing an Agreement to Sale with Expat Projects and Development Pvt. Ltd., by sending a written request in which case the priority booking reservation amount, if any paid by the prospective buyer shall be refunded fully without any deduction, except to the extent of any brokerage amount, if any paid towards the transaction subject to a maximum extent of Rs. 50,000 per unit. The prices indicated in this form are applicable only for a limited number of units, post which Expat Projects and Development Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the price without any prior notice. Only courts at Bangalore will have the jurisdiction to decide on any dispute regarding the above terms and conditions.
