The other terms and conditions are as mentioned below. 1. PRICES: -The rates will be accepted as per firm quotation basis with work at EHV O&M Circle office, Kolhapur. 2. TAXES: - Rates are taken Inclusive of Taxes. 3. WORKING PERIOD: The work should be completed within15 days from the date of issue of work order. 4. VALIDITY OF OFFER: The offer should be valid for our acceptance for a period of 90 days from the due date of opening. 5. Bidder should submit PAN and GST registration number proof. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, Encl.: Schedule A.

E-enquiry Terms & Conditions 1) Security Deposit: - You will have to pay Security Deposit 5% of order value at EHV O&M Division Kolhapur within 7 days from the date of intimation, the same will be refunded after expiry of Guarantee period. 2) Guarantee Period: 12 months from the date of completion of work. If any mishap/damage occurs in guarantee period, the same will have to be made healthy by you at your own cost & risk. 3) Work Completion Period: The work should be completed within 15 days from the date of issue of work order. 4) Penalty: If the supply as well as work is not completed within stipulated period, penalty @ 1/2% per week subject to maximum of 10% of the Order value will be levied. Loss to MSETCL property or equivalent etc. due to your negligence will be penalized & will be recovered from the bill. 5) Payment of Bill: Payment to be released against completion of one or more particular work as per Schedule A. a) Bill along with following documents shall be submitted to concerned office for passing. i. Guarantee Certificate ii.certificate from Engineer in charge for having completed the work satisfactorily iii. Advanced stamp receipt. b) Payment will be made with reasonable time by EHV O&M Circle office, Kolhapur 6) Supervision of Work: The work shall be carried out under supervision of Executive Engineer 7) Income Tax & WCT will be recovered as per prevailing rates from your bill. You should mention PAN No., GST No. on your bills.

8) Failure to execute the work: if the work is not executed in the stipulated period the MSETCL shall be at liberty without further notice or reminder to the contractor, to get the same work done from any other agency at risk of contractor & prefer a claim for difference in price. 9) Hindrance of work : if the work has to be suspended to any reason, shut down etc. the MSETCL shall not pay any compensation / Damage to the contractor towards item like labour, idle machinery, vehicles etc. However in such case the contractor will be paid for the actual work executed by him under the supervision & measured by concerned Engineer. 10) Guarantee for Quality of work: Guarantee for satisfactory performance for a period of 12 months from the date of successful completion of work. 11) Execution of work: Immediately after receipt of the work order, the contractor shall take prompt action in planning the work in consultation with EE, The above work is to be planned in consultation with the Executive Engineer concerned after verifying the safety for live condition. The work should be carried out to the full satisfaction of the concerned office in charge & his designated representative. The detail program should be chalked out before execution of work. 12) Inspection & Supervision: The concerned office in-charge of EHV O&M Circle Kolhapur or his representative will inspect the material and super wise the work. 13) Quality of work & Material: you will be responsible for quality of work & workmanship. The material used is to be strictly as per specifications given by EHV O&M Circle Kolhapur. 14) Tools & Plants: All tools & machinery required will have to be arranged by you at your cost. 15) Site Clearance: The contractor shall, during the progress of work, keep the site reasonably free of all unnecessary obstruction and shall store the material neatly so as not to cause any obstruction for normal working/operations. 16) Sub-letting of contract: The contract or any part thereof shall not be assigned, transferred, of sub-letting without the prior written permission of the undersigned. Even if such permission is granted, it shall be the responsibility of the Principle contractor to whom the work order was originally issued, to execute the work as per the terms of the contract. 17) Termination of contract: The undersigned reserves the right of cancel the contract, after giving due notice to the contractor, in the event of the breach of contract in any respect of undue delay in execution of work/starting of the work. 18) Applicability of general conditions of contract: Notwithstanding anything stated herein, the MSETCL general terms & Conditions of contract shall be applicable to the contract as far as they are applicable to this contract also. 19) Accident: If any accident occurs to your labours skilled or unskilled persons at work compensation in any is to be paid by you only. Idle labour charges will not be paid all safety precaution should be taken during execution of work. 20) First Aid Box: The contractor should always keep & maintain first aid Box for this work as safety measure. 21) Jurisdiction of court: All disputes / differences arising under/ out of or in connection with the contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kolhapur court only

22) You shall be abiding with all Govt. rules statutory, regulations, status for this work including workman compensation act. Any deviation will be at your risk & cost. 23) The Insurance of your labour will have to be done at your cost only. If fail the compensation / Claim arrears will be at your risk 24) The company will not provide accommodation to your technicians/supervisors, labours at various places. 25) Agreement bond: As per Rules & Regulations, at cost of Rs.500/-. The cost of stamp paper borne by you. 26) Undersigned reserves the right to cancel order in part or full at any time without giving any notice. Yours faithfully, Encl.: Schedule A.
