Our Packages: We proudly offer guaranteed entries; however, the number of spots is limited which makes them available on a first come first serve basis. We are unfortunately not allowed to sell those entries alone. The International Tour Group Program agreements of the Berlin marathon states that guaranteed entries should be sold only as parts of travel packages. You have the choice of two bundles of 3 or 5 nights: Our Hotel: We chose to stay at the Park inn by Radisson. Located perfectly in the centre of the city, you are 20 minutes walking from the starting/finishing line. This 4-star hotel is on Alexanderplatz which is 2 minutes walking from the Fernsehtur, the tallest building in the city. Payment: At the date of registration, the deposit must be payed (consisting of the amount of the guaranteed entry plus half of the cost of the package). The full amount is due 60 days prior the first day of the trip. Booking accommodations: Run the Globe can customize your package if the dates provided in the brochure don t work with your schedule. Airfare is not included in our packages. Booking Changes: If you wish to change any of your booking once confirmed. An administration fee of $50 will be charged. Cancelation from the Organizer: Run The Globe association has the right to cancel the trip in case of insufficient number of participants. In this case the deposit and the amount of the entry would be reimbursed. Hotel Credit: Credit card imprints will be required by hotels providing telephone, mini-bar, in-room movies, laundry and other facilities and services that can be charged to guest rooms. These will be required by the hotel at the time of checkin.
