Page 3 Winning Powerball is Easy It s Making a Profit That s Difficult. You probably already know that it takes 134,490,400 games to guarantee first prize in Powerball. What if I told you that it takes only 800 games to guarantee multiple wins of some kind, including the Powerball and 3 main numbers? While this does not necessarily guarantee a profit, it does guarantee a win in fact, several wins. In just 800 games! What we are doing is using highly advanced mathematics to get four or more of the eight winning numbers, and then relying on Lady luck for the remaining numbers; this is obviously a lot smarter than relying on Lady luck for all eight numbers (including the Powerball itself). Add to that that our 800 games allows us to get the Powerball correct in addition to at least 3 main numbers so we win a prize of some kind every week. Think about that for a moment. A system 12 in Powerball requires 792 games And it is possible to get NO winning numbers at all! Yet, in just 800 games you can GUARANTEE multiple Payouts of some kind. Unlike Saturday Lotto or Oz lotto, balls are drawn from two different barrels. We can guarantee getting the Powerball, and we can guarantee getting 3 or more of the main 7 balls together beyond that, it is up to Lady Luck, but you ALWAYS have a minimum of 3 Main balls together with the Powerball.

However, the good news is that, in addition to getting 3 of the main 7 balls together, we also get several 2-number matches with the Powerball. Page 4 Given the prize structure of Powerball 9 ways to win we can always generate, at worst, a few small wins. This is a fundamental part of what we do study the Prize Structure and see how we can use advanced mathematics to tap into it. So the cost of playing Powerball is subsidised by regular small wins, while improving the odds of getting all the winning balls together. However, even 800 games are too expensive for our philosophy of ensuring that people play within their means. Strange as it may seem, you cannot actually buy this system - the only way to get involved is to create or join one of our Private Powerball Syndicates. We run syndicates with 20 members. The makes the cost affordable for everyone, with Shares at $55 each and half shares at $30 each. In addition, we only play when Powerball jackpots to $20 million or more. This ensures that every syndicate member receives a minimum of $1 million (assuming only 1 winner). If you read some of the stories in our free publication, the lottery nightmare, you can see that you may well be better off winning $1 million than winning $20 million. (For details, see http://www.winninglottobooks.com/winning-the-lotterythe-nightmare/

Page 5 Another important point to remember is that the odds of winning Powerball in Australia are 1 in 134,490,400 for a single game BUT the cost of playing is the same, whether the Powerball Jackpot is $5 Million or $50 Million. Neither the Odds or the Cost change, regardless of high the jackpot gets. This is another reason we only play once the Jackpot reaches $20 million. So, let's look at how our Private Lotto Syndicates work.

Page 6 How Our Private Lotto Syndicates Work To qualify for this offer as an individual, you must be able to email me a list of 19 people who want to enter the 20-member Private Lotto Syndicate. The 20th Share is mine, in return for creating an 800 game Powerball system for you that wins something every week. My involvement is limited to creating an 800 game system that will guarantee you have a win of some kind for your members every week. The process of running the syndicate and marking the coupons is the responsibility of your syndicate and its members. You may be a workplace syndicate, a family and friends syndicate, or even a Lotto Agent looking to improve your winning strike rate. If you are a Lotto Agent, you can massively boost your income by becoming an Agent for our Must Win Something Private Lotto Syndicates. You can give people free copies of this Report until you have enough applicants to fill a Syndicate and then apply to us to create your numbers. Depending on where you live in Australia, the total cost will be around $960. If you are running a 20-person syndicate, the cost will be around $55 for each of the 19 people, with my share being in exchange for my expertise in setting up a syndicate for you that is guaranteed a win of some kind. I suggest that you charge each person $55, with any balance after buying the coupons going into a fund to cover occasions where a member drops out. There will be plenty of people keen

to join your syndicate, but the get rich quick merchants may well drop out after the first six weeks or so. Page 7 When I had the time to run the syndicates myself, I ended up having to fund these unpaid shares myself. To save you this experience, I highly recommend having a small float. If someone does drop out, you can use this fund to cover the shortfall, and of course members will then benefit by prizes being shared by one less person. This gives you time to decide whether you'll find another person to join our syndicate, or whether you will adjust prices to cover accordingly and share the winnings between less people. At the end of this report you will find some suggested agreements; these are not provided as legal documents and it is up to you to get proper legal advice on the format of your Private Lotto Syndicate that all members agree to. Please refer to the end of this report for your draft members Agreements.

Page 8 Private Lotto Syndicates as a Business There are three ways to run a Private Lotto Syndicate. The first is as a cooperative, where all members share both the cost and the work involved. There is a fair amount of work involved, particularly in setting up. Marking the coupons is a one-off job, but there is ongoing weekly work. On a weekly basis, someone needs to make sure all members have paid and that the money is available to put the coupons on. Then obviously you have put the coupons on. Someone then needs to handle members accounts, not only ensuring that they are paid up, but also advising them of what the wins are, and what the reduced payment is for the following week. My recommended approach is that members share the work, perhaps on a rotational basis where each member is on a monthly roster to perform one of the tasks involved. The second approach relates to a lottery agent. Obviously, all the above tasks are part of your job as a lottery agent and the commission you receive is your reward. The third approach is to see Private Lotto Syndicates as a business opportunity. In this case, you take full responsibility for running the lottery syndicate. It is not unreasonable to expect that you would be paid for this. However - you must make sure that all members are aware of the conditions when you set up the Private Lotto Club, and that you have signed agreements in place.

Page 9 Under this arrangement, assuming you have 20 members, there would be 18 paying members, with you having one share for doing all the work and me having one share for the creation of a Must Win Something system for your syndicate. It is critical that you tailor the legal agreements to reflect your situation, and that all members have signed to accept the arrangement. It is also critical that you make it clear that this is a Private Lotto club. Provided it is a private arrangement, with appropriate documentation in place, members are free to adopt any arrangements may wish. Nor do you necessarily have to have 15 or 20 members. This is my recommendation and what I normally work with, but, provided there is a written agreement, you can work with any number of members. Over the course of time you may also find that you need to consider changing these arrangements. If you start with 20 members and two drop out, you have to decide whether to continue with 18 members and change the arrangements accordingly or whether you recruit two new members. If you decide to go with this as a business arrangement, you will have a small regular weekly income from your share of the wins, but will also have the opportunity to share in a multi-million dollar payout every single time you play. Whatever you do, make sure you have appropriate signed agreements in place that make it clear this is a Private Club; you should also seek your own legal advice.

Page 10 BUT, why should you listen to me? Is THREE First prizes a good enough reason? Plus, check out the Free Gift on page 12!

Page 11 OK But Does It Work? A fair question. Once you have everything set up, I will email the 800 games to you (these are different for each lotto syndicate, your numbers are unique to you). Your numbers will be in the format of an Excel spreadsheet, which you can print out and give to members. This also helps to check the numbers by using the find and replace function within Excel (I use, find 9 and replace with 9M, or 9PB). The easiest way of course is to simply hand in Your tickets to your local Lotto agent each week. Each Member can then give the organizer 7 main numbers and a Powerball number to email to me. If 19 Members send me their numbers, I will then test these numbers (over which I have no control) and e-mail back what the winnings would have been. This should be sufficient proof that no matter what numbers are drawn, we will always have a win of some kind, no matter how small. In addition, you can use the Excel find and replace function to check as many winning numbers as you like. And, of course, if we have four winning numbers every week (3 Main + the Powerball) we are HALF way to getting all 8 winning numbers, including the Powerball itself.

Page 12 A Free Gift For Your Members Once you send me a list of the 19 members in the syndicate (with their e-mail address), I will e-mail to each one a complimentary copy of my book, Winning Lotto - Discover How I Won a Prize Six Weeks Out Of 10 (sells for $27) This is designed for Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday Lotto, and is cheap enough for individuals to play. Full details are at www.winninglottobooks.com

Page 13 CREATING YOUR OWN LOTTERY CLUB Practical Aspects, Winnings, Unpaid Shares & Costs Involved The two big ways to improve your chances of winning are playing System / Organized Entries and playing in a Lottery Club (Syndicate in some countries). For me, the two go together, in most cases. The cost of the larger full Systems means you have to play in a Lottery Club. Even the larger Modified (Modified Guarantee) Systems offered are really Lotto Club entries. A Lottery Club can be anything from two people upwards. I personally prefer between 15 and 20 members, with 20-30 for a Jackpot or SuperDraw. Trouble is, most Lotto Syndicates fall apart fairly quickly. This chapter highlights why and what you need to do to run one properly. Essentials: Written Record of Members, their payments into the Lottery Club, and the payment of Winnings to them. Written Rules, signed by all Lottery Club Members. Preferred: A Bank Account specifically for the Lottery Club. Photocopies of Coupons for all Members Written Record of Members Absolutely essential. By recording payments you know who has paid, who hasn t, and what winnings have been paid to whom. One of the most contentious issues is unpaid Shares. I personally believe your Rules should state, quite clearly, that if you are not fully paid up you are not in the Lotto Syndicate for that week. Great friendships suffer on the altar of money. If someone misses for 4 weeks and your Lottery Club wins they expect their Share (take what I owe out of my winnings!) If someone misses for 4 weeks and your Lottery Club does not win the arrears get too big to pay and they drop out. Guess who usually ends up making good the shortage? The organiser, not surprisingly, tires of this after getting caught a couple of times and the Lottery Club folds.

Page 14 Have written Rules, signed by Members, acknowledging they accept that if they are not fully paid up, they are not in it for that week! So what do you do with unpaid Shares? The Rules should spell it out quite clearly. My preference is pooling. Members collectively share the cost and share the winnings. You will see I suggest having a Bank Account. Members should pay slightly more than they need, establishing a Reserve Fund. If there is a Share unpaid, it should be paid from this Reserve Fund (rather than the Lottery Club Organiser dipping into his own pocket) and Members should then share any winnings equally. If the Organiser or any other Member - agrees to pick up unpaid Shares, they are entitled to the Winnings. If you prefer this, the Rules should say so. The other reason for the Bank Account is the costs involved. Usually one person gets all the work. And all the costs. Not good enough. If some-one does all the work, they are entitled to be reimbursed for any costs involved. This may include any or all of the following: Photocopies for members, stationery, postage, phone calls, faxes. For a large Lottery Club (say 20 people) the Members may agree that the one doing all the work gets a Free Share in return for their time. This is particularly useful if you also agree each Member will take a share in running the Lottery Club say one month each. This gives all Members a chance for a free month in return for their time and brings home to everyone the time and hassle involved! What about paying out winnings? I believe anything below $20 per Member should go into the Bank Account for Jackpots and SuperDraws. Whether you are playing for a $100 Million Jackpot or $1 Million, the odds are the same - and so is the cost of playing. Technically, the smartest way to play Lotto is to save up every week and play only SuperDraws and large Jackpots - but of course most of us Lotto enthusiasts need the "weekly fix!" Marrying these two needs, why not put all weekly winnings under $20 per Member into a special SuperDraw Bank Account? Winnings over $20 per Member per week are paid out. With larger wins paid out immediately and smaller wins accumulated for big draws, you get the best of both worlds. You will also need to decide whether you keep the same numbers (recommended) or change them occasionally.

Finally, to prove he/she actually put the coupons on, the Organiser should provide photocopies to all Members. If you are a small Lotto Syndicate especially family or working in the same place simply showing them the coupons is obviously fine. A set of Specimen Rules is provided overleaf. Page 18 About Us I have won a Lotto First Prize on three separate occasions. The first was using 50 different system 8 s way back in 2006. The second was using 17 different system 11 s in 2010. Our latest win was in 2015, using 74 different system 8 s. Proof can be found at www.winninglottobooks.com All of these Syndicate entries were constructed using a scientifically configured approach, using the information published in 1000 weeks of Lotto, along with the vast experience I have gained from working with lottery syndicates over the last 20 years. In addition, I have won several different five number prizes, including $76,000 from a Division 2 Australian Powerball Syndicate (one number away from a $22 million win). Counting only my major wins, my personal share from the syndicates has totalled around $200,000. I also have a Lotto book showing how I won the lottery six weeks out of 10 (minor wins only), playing the Lottery at a discount of almost 40%. (please see www.winninglottobooks.com for details). My background is as an international Management Consultant with 13 years overseas experience. I have qualifications as a Management Consultant, and am a Fellow of the Institute of Management (UK) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. I have had a fascination with numbers all of my life and enjoy the challenges of putting together Lotto syndicates, including using the skills from my business life alongside my fascination with analysing the best way to play lotto. I look forward to setting up a Private Lotto Syndicate for you.
