Please seek clarification from if you do not understand any part of this document.) ACCEPTED BILLS-i (AB-i SALES) Date: [to be filled by Relationship Manager] 1. What is this product about? Accepted Bills-i (Sales) is bill of exchange drawn by you to your order and accepted by ( the Bank ) and payable on a specified future date. Accepted Bills-i operations in Malaysia are strictly guided by the current Guidelines on Accepted Bills-i issued by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). Minimum period of financing is twenty one (21) days and the maximum period must not exceed the approved financing tenure subject to a maximum period of three hundred sixty five (365) days. 5. What are the fees and charges I have to pay? For the avoidance of doubt, you shall bear all professional fees, taxes (including but not limited to ST where applicable), and out-ofpocket expenses incurred and any other fees, expenses or recourse in respect of this product. All charges are inclusive ST. Standard-Rated Supply ST (0%) applicable for all fees and charges unless otherwise stated below: Able Ace and ASJ Capital The minimum financing amount is set at RM50, 000.00 and should be in multiples of RM1, 000. Brokerage Fee Corporate Banking/Non-SME: RM30 per million or min of RM100 2. What is the Shariah concept applicable? AB-i (Sales) is governed by the principle of Commodity Murabahah via Tawarruq arrangement whereby refers to trading of commodities which act as underlying assets of a transaction. You will make payment of the sale price of the commodity, which is including cost price and profit on deferred basis. With the concept of Tawarruq, you will receive cash in exchange for the commodities being sold off to third party. 3. What do I get from this product? What are my obligations? As per the Stamp Duty Act 1949 (Revised 1989) Include fees for registration of charge and land search (if applicable) Not applicable Please request from your Relationship Manager for the Bank s Standard Charges on Islamic Trade Finance products and Services or retrieve it from the Bank s website at http://www.rhbgroup.com If there are any changes in fees and charges that are applicable to your financing facility, the Bank will notify you at least 21 calendar days prior to the effective date of implementation. 6. What if I fail to fulfill my obligations? The Bank may charge Ta widh (compensation) if you fail to make payment due to the Banks, as follows: a) For any failure on your part to pay any amount overdue and which failure continues beyond the tenure of the AB-i (Sales) or after judgment is obtained against you (whichever is earlier), at such rate per annum as determined by the Bank from time to time provided that the applicable compensation rate shall not at any time exceed the prevailing Bank Negara Malaysia s (BNM) Islamic Interbank Money Market Rate (IIMM) on the outstanding principle of the AB-i (Sales) calculated on daily rest basis; and b) The amount of such compensation shall not be compounded; or by any other method approved by the Shariah Advisory Council of BNM. 7. What if I fully settle the financing before its maturity? The Bank shall grant Ibra (rebate) on any amount payable by you in respect of any payment due under the facility taken up by you with the Bank in any of the following situations: NRPO_ABiSales_v1_Nov2018 1 / 5

ACCEPTED BILLS-i (AB-i SALES) Date: [to be filled by Relationship Manager] a) Early settlement or early redemption by you including prepayment; b) Settlement of the financing due to any financing restructuring exercise by you; c) Settlement by you upon occurrence of the Event of Default; d) Settlement by you in the event of termination or cancellation of the financing before the expiry of the financing tenure; and e) If the financing is based on variable rate, on the difference between the amount of profit calculated based on contracted profit rate (CPR) and the amount of profit calculated based on the effective profit rate (EPR) when the profit based on the EPR is lower than the profit based on the CPR. Ibra = Remaining Unearned Profit Early settlement charges (if any) Where, Remaining Unearned profit is equal to unrealized profit at the time of full settlement. The calculation of Ibra (rebate) shall be made in accordance with any rules, guidelines, regulations and/or directives (whether or not having the force of law) required of or imposed upon the Bank from time to time and at any time by BNM or any other authority having jurisdiction over the Bank. 8. Brief Terms & Conditions a) Only Halal/Shariah permissible bills/invoices/goods are allowed to be transacted for the purpose b) The Bank would structure an AB-i (Sales) financing with the appropriate tenure according to your business requirement and trade cycle. The financing granted would indicate whether it is for financing of sales or purchases. c) Security/collateral may be required to support application for AB-i (Sales) financing. d) You may be required to submit a list of its buyers/suppliers to the bank for approval. The approved buyers /suppliers list will be reviewed by the bank. e) Guarantor is to be provided if required. 9. Do I need any takaful or insurance coverage? NIL 10. What are the major risks? If you fail to settle a matured AB-i transaction financing, you will not be allowed to further utilize the financing and recovery processes including of legal action may be taken against you to recover the amount due. daripada jika anda tidak memahami 1. Apakah produk ini? Bil Terima-i (Jualan) adalah pertukaran bil yang dikeluarkan oleh anda dan diterima oleh ( Bank ) yang mesti dibayar pada tarikh tertentu. Operasi Bil Terima-i (Jualan) di Malaysia adalah merujuk kepada garis panduan Bil Terima-i (Jualan) yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). Tempoh minimum pembiayaan ialah dua puluh satu (21) hari dan tempoh maksimum tidak boleh melebihi tempoh pembiayaan yang telah diluluskan tertakluk kepada tempoh maksimum tiga ratus enam puluh lima (365) hari. Jumlah pembiayaan minimum yang telah ditetapkan adalah RM50, 000.00 dan sepatutnya dalam gandaan RM1, 000.00. 2. Apakah konsep Shariah yang digunakan? Bil Terima-i (Jualan) adalah tertakhluk kepada prinsip Komoditi Murabahah melalui aturan Tawarruq. Komoditi Murabahah merujuk kepada jual beli komoditi yang berperanan sebagai aset dasar bagi transaksi tersebut. Anda akan membuat pembayaran harga jualan komoditi yang mengandungi harga kos dan keuntungan dengan bayaran secara ansuran tertangguh. Dengan konsep Tawarruq, anda akan menerima wang tunai sebagai pertukaran bagi komoditi yang dijual kepada pihak ketiga. 3. Apa yang saya dapat daripada produk ini? Apakah tanggungjawab saya? Anda mesti menyelesaikan jumlah pembiayaan sepenuhnya apabila sampai tempoh matang AB-i. 5. Apakah fi dan caj yang perlu saya bayar? Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, anda hendaklah menanggung semua fi professional, cukai (termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada Cukai Perkhidmatan (ST) jika berkenaan), dan perbelanjaan luar jangka yang ditanggung dan apa-apa fi lain, perbelanjaan atau tindakan sewajarnya berkenaan dengan produk ini. Semua caj adalah termasuk ST. Bekalan Berkadar Standard ST (0%) diguna pakai untuk semua yuran dan caj kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya dibawah. Fi Broker Atau Fi Perdagangan Duti Setem Fi Pembayaran Fi Pemprosesan Able Ace dan ASJ Capital Perbankan Korporat / Bukan PKS: RM30 setiap sejuta atau min sebanyak RM100 PKS: RM25 setiap juta atau min RM60 Nota: Bank akan menyerap fi broker 50% untuk pelanggan PKS. Bursa Suq Al-Sila ' Perbankan Korporat / Bukan PKS / PKS: RM15 setiap sejuta Nota: Bank akan menyerap fi broker 50% untuk pelanggan PKS. Seperti yang termaktub di dalam Akta Setem 1949 (Semakan 1989) Termasuk yuran untuk pendaftaran cagaran dan carian tanah (jika berkaitan) Tidak berkenaan. Sila berurusan dengan Pengurus Perhubungan anda untuk mendapatkan caj standard Bank untuk produk dan perkhidmatan pembiayaan perdagangan secara Islam atau lawati laman sesawang Bank di http://www.rhbgroup.com. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang perubahahan pada yuran dan caj yang berkaitan dengan pembiayaan anda pihak Bank akan memaklumkan anda sekurang-kurangnya 21 hari kalender sebelum tarikh perlaksanaan. 6. Bagaimana jika saya gagal untuk memenuhi tanggungjawab saya? Bank boleh mengenakan Ta'widh (pampasan) jika anda gagal membuat pembayaran yang perlu dibayar kepada Bank, seperti berikut: a) kegagalan di pihak anda untuk membayar apa-apa jumlah yang tertunggak dan kegagalan tersebut berterusan melebihi tempoh AB-i (Jualan) atau selepas penghakiman diperolehi terhadap anda (yang mana lebih awal), pada apa-apa kadar setahun seperti yang ditetapkan oleh Bank dari semasa ke semasa dengan syarat bahawa kadar ganti rugi yang terpakai hendaklah tidak boleh pada bila-bila masa melebihi kadar semasa Pasaran Wang Antara Bank secara Islam (IIMM), Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) terhadap baki prinsipal tertunggak daripada AB-i (Jualan) yang dikira pada kadar harian; dan b) jumlah pampasan itu tidak boleh dikompaun atau oleh manamana kaedah lain yang diluluskan oleh Majlis Penasihat Shariah BNM. daripada jika anda tidak memahami 7. Bagaimana jika saya menyelesaikan baki pembiayaan sepenuhnya/sebahagian sebelum tarikh matang? Bank akan memberi Ibra (Rebat) kepada anda ke atas sebarang amaun yang perlu dibayar oleh anda berkenaan dengan sebarang bayaran yang perlu dibayar oleh anda di bawah pembiayaan yang di ambil oleh anda dengan Bank dalam sebarang situasi berikut:: a) Penyelesaian awal atau penebusan awal oleh Pelangan, termasuk bayaran terdahulu; b) Penyelesaian kemudahan pembiayaan disebabkan penstrukturan semula pembiayaan asal; c) Penyelesaian oleh anda apabila berlakunya kejadian keingkaran; d) Penyelesaian sekiranya berlaku penamatan atau pembatalan pembiayaan sebelum tarikh tamat tempoh kemudahan; dan e) Jika Pembiayaan itu adalah berdasarkan kadar berubah, pada perbezaan di antara jumlah keuntungan yang dikira berdasarkan kadar keuntungan siling yang ditentukan dalam kontrak (CPR) dan jumlah keuntungan yang dikira berdasarkan kadar keuntungan efektif (EPR) apabila keuntungan berdasarkan yang EPR adalah lebih rendah daripada keuntungan berdasarkan pada CPR. Ibra = Keuntungan belum diperolehi - caj penyelesaian awal (jika ada) Keuntungan Belum Diperolehi merujuk kepada baki keuntungan yang belum diperolehi oleh bank pada masa penyelesaian penuh. Pengiraan Ibra (rebat) akan merujuk kepada sebarang peraturan, garis panduan, peraturan dan/atau arahan (sama ada atau tidak mempunyai kuasa undang-undang) yang diperlukan atau dikenakan ke atas Bank dari semasa ke semasa dan pada bila-bila masa oleh BNM atau sebarang pihak berkuasa yang mempunyai kuasa ke atas Bank. 8. Terma dan syarat ringkas a) Hanya bil/invois/barangan yang halal/ dibenarkan oleh Shariah sahaja boleh diniagakan untuk tujuan tersebut. b) Bank akan menstruktur pembiayaan AB-i (Jualan) dengan tempoh yang sesuai mengikut keperluan perniagaan dan kitaran perdagangan anda. Pembiayaan yang diberikan akan menunjukkan sama ada ia adalah untuk pembiayaan jualan atau belian. c) Sekuriti/cagaran diperlukan untuk menyokong permohonan pembiayaan AB-i (Jualan). d) Pemohon dikehendaki mengemukakan senarai pembeli/pembekal kepada Bank untuk kelulusan. Senarai pembekal/pembeli yang diluluskan akan dikaji semula oleh pihak Bank. e) Penjamin hendaklah disediakan sekiranya diperlukan. 9. Adakah saya perlu ada insurans/perlindungan takaful? Tidak perlu. 10. Apakah risiko-risiko utama?
