1. Login Input Login ID or Logon Name and Password, then press <Login> button to proceed to i-web system.

2. Logout To close the i-web system, press <Sign Out> at the upper right. If the logout action is successful, the Logout successful. You have successfully logged out. For security reasons, exit your web browser. screen will be appeared. (shown below)

3. Navigation Menu The main navigation menu bar is located at the top of the screen. Various sub-menu bars will be shown when clicking on each main navigation menus. Click on the sub-menu item, you can proceed to various screens for different functions. 3.1 Streaming Version Real-time Streaming Version provides all functions and the market information can be automatically updated in real time.

3.2 Snapshot Version Real-time Snapshot Version only provides basic functions and user needs to update the market information by manually clicking Refresh.

4. Language Click < 简简简简 > or < 繁繁简简 > to switch to different languages

5. On Screen At All Time Trading Features 5.1 Select Account Click on <Choose A/C> pull down menu from upper right to select trading account.

5.2 A/C Balance Summary, A/C Holdings Summary, Order Status Summary 5.2.1 A/C Balance Summary Users can find out their consolidated available cash balance in HKD and available cash balance in CNY (if any) here. Click on <Refresh> button to get the latest consolidated available cash balance. Click on <More Details> button to display the Account Balance Details on the main window on right. (Chong Hing Bank balance is not included.)

5.2.2 A/C Holdings Summary The A/C Holdings Summary displays the 5 stocks sorted by stock code in A/C Holdings. Click on <Refresh> button to get the latest 5 stocks sort by stock code in A/C Holdings. Click on button to hide A/C Summary. Click on <More Details> button to display the A/C Holdings Details on the main window on right.

5.2.3 Order Status Summary The Order Status Summary displays the most recent 5 placed orders in Order Book. Click on <Refresh> button to get the latest 5 orders in Order Book. Click on <More Details> button to display all orders in Order Book on the main window on right.

5.3 Stock Trading 5.3.1 Order Input Select <Market> Enter Stock Code, the screen will display the related information in Stock Trading Order form. Input Stock Code and click on <Quote> button, the requested stock quote will appear in AMS. Note: Allows click to trade. Click on the bid/ask price, system will carry over the stock code, bid/ask price, order side (buy/sell), to the stock trading screen.

After filling in the Stock Code, Order Price and Order Quantity, you should choose the Order type: Limit Order, Enhanced Limit Order or Auction Limit Order. Select <Buy/Sell> to place a Buy or Sell order. Note: Select Buy, background turns blue. Note: Select Sell, background turns pink.

Select <Sett. Cur>, Settlement Currency. Click on <Trade> button to preview the Order. Click on <Clear> button to reset the Stock Trading screen. Click on to display the Stock Search function on the main window on right.

5.3.2 Order Confirmation After pressing <Trade> button, Order confirmation screen will be displayed. This screen shows the information of the order entered by the client. In addition, the charges, estimated transaction amount and the total settlement amount will also be displayed. Note: This page will only be shown when the Need Reconfirm Screen is on (check box has a tick). You can check this setting under the Trade Preference for details. Click on <Amend> button to amend/edit current order. Click on <Confirm> button to confirm and submit current order. Click on <Cancel> button to cancel current order.

5.3.3 Order Submitted After pressing <Confirm> button, Order Submitted screen will be displayed. This screen shows the reference number. System will automatically redirect to Stock Trading screen after 10 seconds. Click on <Trading page> to go back to new Stock Trading screen. Click on <Order Status Page> to display Order Status page on the main window on right.

5.3.4 First-level and Second-level Price Warning Mechanism When user placed an order, the Online Trading system will check if the input order price are more than 20 price spread (first-level) or more than 30 price spread (second-level). 5.3.4.1 First-Level Warning Nominal Price spreads from 20 < entered price < Nominal Price spreads from 30, the first-level price warning message will display. Click on <Confirm> button to proceed to place order. Click on <Cancel> button to back to Stock Trading screen with inputted data.

5.3.4.1 Second-Level Warning Entered Price > Nominal Price spreads from 30, the second-level price warning message will display. Click on <Confirm> button to proceed to place order. Re-input page will be display. Click on <Cancel> button to back to Stock Trading screen with inputted data.

5.3.5 DTDC Sell Order Warning Mechanism When user places a sell order, the Online Trading system will check if the sell order needs shares of another counter for settlement. Click on <Confirm> button to proceed to place order. Click on <Cancel> button to back to Stock Trading screen with inputted data.

5.4 Quick Quote Bar A Quick Quote Bar is to get Nominal, Change (%), Bid, Ask, Day High, Day Low, Turnover and Volume all the time. Click on <Buy>, related stock code, bid, order side (Buy) and Sett. Cur will automatically filled in the Stock Trading screen and background turns to blue. Click on <Sell>, related stock code, ask, order side (Sell) and Sett. Cur will automatically filled in the Stock Trading screen and background turns to pink. Click on <News>, related news will display on the main window on the right. Click on <Chart>, related chart will display on the main window on the right. Click on <Quote Meter>, Total Basic Free Quote, Total Bonus Quote, Total Free Quote, Total Used Quote, Total Remaining Free Quote and Total Chargeable Quote for the current month will be displayed. This is for Snapshot Users only.

6. Market Information 6.1 AMS The purpose of this function is to provide real-time quote of all stocks of HKEx listed companies. Information like Opening price, Nominal Price, P/E ratio, Yield, Moving Averages, Premium, Gearing Ratio, etc, will be displayed. Also, real-time Buy/Sell price, number of shares and number of orders, broker queue and the intraday chart of the selected stock will be shown, so users can catch the whole market trend on a particular stock. 6.1.1 Streaming Version (For Streaming Users only)

6.1.2 Snapshot Version (For Snapshot Users only) HK Stock

Click on <Quote Meter>, Total Basic Free Quote, Total Bonus Quote, Total Free Quote, Total Used Quote, Total Remaining Free Quote and Total Chargeable Quote for the current month will be displayed. SH A-share is for RMB Customer only.

6.2 Chart Input stock code, then the corresponding charts of the selected stock will be shown. To cater for various needs, user can select the following graph types according to your preference. - Daily or Weekly Chart - Bar, Line or Candle Stick Chart - Adjust the Historical Data Period

6.3 Futures (For Streaming Users or Futures Subscribers only) The purpose of this function is to provide information on HKFE futures, like futures price, bid and ask price and quantity, open interest, premium, volume, etc. Real-time HSI/HKFI volume intraday chart is shown at the bottom of the screen for reference.

6.4 Local Indices (For Streaming Users or HSI Subscribers only) This function is to demonstrate various HK Stock Indices and its changes. The information will be updated in real-time. User can know more about the market trend.

6.5 Corporate Info This function provides the listed company Profile, Financial Record, Financial Ratios, Dividend Policy, Capital Changes, Expert Corner and Sector Comparison. User can utilize the company information to have a deeper understanding and analyze on its stocks. Expert Corner is the broker recommendation on suggested price and target price. Sector Comparison is a function to compare the Price & Valuation, Growth Trend, Financial Strength, Management Effectiveness and Dividend History among the same sector.

6.6 News In order to give out the latest market information to the user, this screen lists out the real-time financial news. User can choose among different types of news by dragging down the items under Type. Alternatively, user can input the stock code and then press Search to search the matching news. After searching, a list of news heading with time indicator will be presented line by line. When you click these headings, the details will be shown in another screen. News Type: All News, Main Board Listing News, GEM listing news, Exchange News, Compliance News, Market News, Market Talk, Result Ann, Overseas News, Research Reports, Warrant News, Share Buyback or Major Indices, etc. User can narrow his/her specific search within a date period.

6.7 Most Active (For Streaming Users only) This function is to let user figure out the top 20-ranked stocks according to different search criteria. Once the search criterion is chosen, the top 20 stocks based on your selected criterion will be listed out. This ranking will be updated in real-time, so that you can make better decisions through comparisons. The searching criteria include Most Active Stock by Percentage Gain, Most Active Warrant by Percentage Gain, Most Active Stock by Percentage Loss, Most Active Warrant by Percentage Loss, Most Active Stock by Fluctuation, Most Active Warrant by Fluctuation, Most Active Stock by Volume, Most Active Warrant by Volume, Most Active Stock by Turnover, Most Active Warrant by Turnover.

6.8 Transaction (For Streaming Users only) This Daily Transaction History can track the daily transaction volume, time and price. To give you a clear picture for the selected stock, the distribution of the transacted volume for each executed price will be displayed in bar chart format.

6.9 Warrants (For Streaming Users only) By entering the stock code or selected the HSI/CEI/GOLD from the drop down list, the real time quote of its warrants will be displayed in this screen. Information includes Nominal Price, Premium, Gearing Ratio, Fluctuation, etc. User can make use of the information for decision-making.

6.10 Watch List (Only include HK stocks) This function is specially designed for investors. Investors can establish a stock portfolio by this function. You can monitor your stocks in portfolio by tracking its Bid/Ask price, Nominal price, changes, volume, turnover, etc. 6.10.1 Streaming Version (For Streaming Users only) Add or delete stock under Watch List, inpurt stock code and press <Add> button or press button to remove the stock directly.

6.10.2 Snapshot Version (For Snapshot Users only) Input Stock Code and then press <Add> or button to manage your Watch List. Click on <Refresh> button to refresh the real-time stock information in watch list.

7. Trade 7.1 Order Status User can make enquiry on the status of their orders. Ref #: Unique reference number for each order placed A/C #: Displays account numbers that have been selected Buy/Sell: Order Side. Stock Code: Stock code of the order. Bid Ask Queue of the order (For Streaming Users only) Order Price: The price at order placement Avg Filled Pr: Average Filled Price of the order Status: Exception: the order is pending for supervisor s approval Pending: the order is pending for execution Unfilled: the order has been routed to HKEx but not yet filled Partial Filled: the order is partially filled, some quantities are not yet filled Fully Filled: the order is completely filled Cancelled: the order has been cancelled Rejected: the order has been rejected Instruction: Modify Order, Cancel Order, Order Details, Order Execution of the order Ch: Channel for order placement Mkt / CUR: Stock Market / The type of currency stock has been bought or sold Type: The order type of the order placement LMT (Limit Order) ELO (Enhanced Limit) ALO (Auction Limit) Stock Name: Stock name of the order Order Qty: The quantity at order placement Exec Qty: The quantity of the shares that have been executed MD: Order that have been modified Action: Buy, Sell, More

Click on, related stock code, order side and settlement currency are automatically filled in the Stock Trading screen and background turns to blue. Click on related stock code, order side and settlement currency are automatically filled in the Stock Trading screen and background turns to pink. Click on an option to click on Related News, Related Chart, Company Information and Add to Watch are made available.

7.1.1 Order Modification If the order status is Pending, Unfilled or Partial, user can click on <Modify> at the right-hand column of each transaction shown in Order Status screen for making changes. The Modify Order screen will be shown, with the order reference number and the order details entered by the user. Only Order Price and Order Quantity can be modified. (It is noted that if the order is executing, this Modify function cannot be performed.) Note: Modify function cannot be performed if the transaction is MAMK market. 7.1.1.1 Modify Order Enter new order price and/or new order quantity. Click on <Modify> button to submit Modify Order. Click on <Cancel> button to cancel the modify order action and go back to main Order Status page.

7.1.1.2 Modify Order Confirmation After pressing <Modify> button, Modify Order Confirmation screen will be displayed. This screen shows the modify order details by the client. Note: This page will only be shown when the Need Reconfirm Screen is on (check box has a tick). You can check this setting under the Trade Preference for details. Click on <Confirm> button to confirm and submit the Modify Order. Click on <Back> button to go back to Modify Order page to amend the current order. Click on <Cancel> button to cancel the modify order action.

7.1.1.3 Modify Order Instruction Sent After pressing < Confirm > button, Instruction Sent screen will be displayed. Click on <View Order> button to return to Order Status page.

7.1.1.4 First-Level Warning Nominal Price spreads from 20 < entered price < Nominal Price spreads from 30, the first-level price warning message will display. Click on <Confirm> button to proceed to place order. Click on <Cancel> button to back to Modify Order screen with inputted data.

7.1.1.5 Second-Level Warning Entered Price > Nominal Price spreads from 30, the second-level price warning message will display. Click on <Confirm> button to proceed to modify order. Re-input page will be display. Click on <Cancel> button to back to Modify Order screen with inputted data.

7.1.1.5.1 Re-Input Page After clicking the < Confirm > button in second-level price warning message box, system will display the Re-input page. User needs to re-enter the New Price and New Quantity again. Click on <Modify> button to proceed to modify order. The inputted data must be matched with the original input data. Click on <Cancel> button to back to Modify Order screen with no action taken.

7.1.2 Order Cancellation If the order status is Pending, Unfilled or Partial, user can click on <Cancel> at the right-hand column of each transaction shown in Order Status screen to cancel the order. The Cancel Order screen will be shown, with the order reference number and the order details entered by the user. (It is noted that if the order is executing, this Cancel function cannot be performed.) 7.1.2.1 Cancel Order Click on <Confirm> button to confirm and submit the Cancel Order. Click on <Cancel> button to cancel the Cancel Order action and keep the original order unchanged.

7.1.2.2 Cancel Order Instruction Sent After pressing < Confirm > button, Instruction Sent screen will be displayed. Click on <View Order> button to return to Order Status page.

7.1.3 Order Detail User can click on <Detail> at the right-hand column of each transaction shown in Order Status screen to enquire the updated records of that specific order, e.g. trade information, modified order information or order execution information. All the records will be listed out in accordance with the time sequence. Click on <Back> button to return to Order Status page.

7.1.4 Order Execution User can click on <Execution> at the right-hand column of each transaction shown in Order Status screen to enquire the transaction records on that executed order. Click on <Back>, to return to Order Status page.

7.2 Transaction History User can enquiry his/her recent transaction activities. Record details like Trade Date, Reference Number, Stock, Quantity and Net Amount will be listed. Click on <Search> button to search based on the selected search criteria. Click on<print> button to print out the transaction history record displayed on screen.

7.3 A/C Holdings Users can find out their Total Holding Market Value, Total Available Market Value, Net Stock Holding, Market value, Related News and Related Sector Chart. Users can enter the Average Purchase Price to calculate the Gain/Loss of the stocks,

Click on <Print> button to print existing stock and related information from portfolio. Click on <Refresh> button to refresh the portfolio. Click on button related stock information is automatically filled at Stock Trading Order Entry Screen. Background turns to blue, stock code is filled. Click on button related stock information is automatically filled at Stock Trading Order Entry Screen. Background turns to pink, stock code is filled. Click on button an option to click on Related News, Related Charts, Company Information, Add to Watch are made available.

7.4 Account Balance Users can find out their Ledger Balance, Unsettled Cash, Unclear Fund, Interest, Total Buy & Sell and Available cash balance.

8. Research 8.1 Stock Screener Users can execute a flexible and range-based searches by selecting minimum and maximum parameters. This allows you the freedom to select different financial criteria and technical indicators before viewing their results. Search criteria: Market Capital, P/E Ratio, Dividend Yield, Sector, MA 10, RSI 9, 7 Days Price Range and 52 Weeks Price Range.

8.2 Expert Rating This function display latest 2 weeks brokerage firm recommendations, Change on Rating, Change on Target Price with potential upside/downside. Click on button related stock information is automatically filled at Stock Trading Order Entry Screen. Background turns to blue, stock code is filled, order price is filled. Click on button related stock information is automatically filled at Stock Trading Order Entry Screen. Background turns to pink, stock code is filled, order price is filled. Click on button an option to click on Related News, Related Charts, Company Information, Add to Watch are made available. Click on <Details> button selected stock Expert Rating details, eg. Target Price, Potential Change, Adjustment, Rating Adjustment, Revenue Profit Chart and Sector Comparison etc, will be displayed.

8.3 Market Sentiment Index This function provides an indicator of current market atmosphere to help CHS clients to formulate investment strategies.

8.4 Stock Search This function provides search by partial stock code or partial stock name feature if you forgot the stock code or stock name. Click on button related stock information is automatically filled at Stock Trading Order Entry Screen. Background turns to blue, stock code is filled. Click on button an option to click on Related News, Related Charts, Company Information, Add to Watch are made available.

9. My Setting 9.1 Client Information Display user information and details, such as Account Name, Account Type, Address etc.

9.2 Change Password Users can change their login password in this screen. Enter Password Old Password: fill in current password New Password: fill in new password Confirm New Password: fill in the new password again Click on <Save> button to complete the change password action.

9.3 Create My Logon Name Users can choose and create their own logon name. Users can use either use Login ID or Logon Name to login to New iweb.

9.4 Trade Preference This function is to allow users to choose whether to have Order Confirmation page or not when placing or modifying orders. The changes of this setting will take effect on next logon. Check the <Need Reconfirm Screen> (with a tick) system will display Order Confirmation page when placing or modifying orders. Uncheck the <Need Reconfirm Screen> (without a tick) system will send the order request to the system without Order Confirmation page.
