Strong Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Both de novo clinics and acquisitions financed primarily through free cash flow USPH trailing twelve months ended September 2016 adjusted EBITDA (1) of $54.6 million; an increase of 13.5% from the preceding twelve months (1) Adjusted EBITDA is defined as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization and equity compensation expense. 15
