Promotional Locations and Rates There are a number of designated prime locations throughout the mall. These locations provide the perfect opportunity to increase brand awareness and engage directly with customers. Booking Requirements A fully completed application must be submitted to Footsure to include the following; Details of the operator Overview of promotion (include purpose, what the activity will entail, number of staff, collateral, etc.) Dimensions and specifications of the display to include images of all promotional material to be used. Once the application is received and approved a pro-forma document must be signed and returned along with insurance prior to commencement of activity. Full payment plus VAT at 23% must be received in advance of activity commencement. Cancellations In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking the following percentage of the amount invoiced will apply; Within 1 month 25% Within 3 weeks 50% Within 2 weeks 75% Within 1 week 100%
Promotional Regulations The promotional activity, materials and signage to be used must be pre-approved. All materials must be of a high standard and professionally produced. All set up and removal of promotional material must take place outside the normal operating hours of the centre. The promotion must run in conjunction with centre opening hours. Promotional staff must be dressed smartly and wear identification badges. Staff will not be permitted to eat, drink, or read while attending the stand. A Promotional stand must be attended at all times by a member of the promotion team. All personal belongings, promotional packaging, and bags must be kept out of sight of customers at all times. All refuse from the promotion must be disposed of by the promotional team in refuse bins in the service yards throughout the day. Promotional Staff must remain within the designated area of the stand, and are not permitted to distribute materials in any other area of the centre. Promotional Staff are not permitted to put promotional material on cars in the car park. Promotional Staff are not permitted to harass customers who do not express any interest in the products being displayed. Any activity deemed by a member of the centre management to be overly aggressive in their sales technique will be given one warning. Further transgression will result in a termination of the promotion with immediate effect. No claims for refunds will be entertained. The Centre will not provide any equipment for the activity, i.e. tables or seating. Free car parking will not be provided for promotional staff. The Centre, their agent and the centre management reserve the right to relocate a promotion to an alternative location at anytime. The Centre, their agent and the centre management reserve the right to terminate the promotion at anytime. The Centre, their agent and the centre management reserve the right to terminate a promotion if any activity carried out is different to that outlined when the booking was made.
