3. Eircodes

Eircodes Several Shipper have requested that their portfolio files with Eircodes now issue GNI has e-mailed all Shippers to confirm their Capita Licencing positions Internal review with GNI IT GNI proposes to introduce Eircodes, into MM, 1-month post ESBN Schema in April GNI urges Shippers to consider implications on their own systems, in particular for dual fuel customers 6

4. Data Sharing Agreement

Data Sharing Agreement GNI has consulted its legal advisors. GNI intends to progress a Code modification in lieu of an ancillary data sharing agreement; Legal view that The Code is an agreement between GNI and Shippers and the role of CRU with respect to a breach of the Code is to hear and determine disputes between GNI and Shippers and apply the liability regime as set out under the Code; In the event of a data protection breach, a data subject can pursue a compliant via the Data Protection Commissioner (or through the courts) - not via the CRU; GNI will prepare potential drafting an circulate. 8

5. PPM Front Office Contractual Arrangements

Front Office Contractual Arrangements Following the CRU update on the code modification proposal A087 - Implementing a new framework for Suppliers to contract their own payment channels for PPM customer, the code modification will move to legal drafting by GNI before final approval by the CRU. Current contractual arrangements with Front Offices are due to expire in July 2019. GNI have met with the Front Office Providers and notified them of their intention to extend the Front Office Agreements for 2 years until July 2021. GNI propose a working group be established with stakeholders to progress implementation and ensure no gaps in processes. Relationship to Code Mod Forum and GMARG to be considered Next step: GNI to draft Terms of Reference for working group and high level timeline. 10

SoLR update Commercial discussions ongoing between GNI, BGES and the CRU are continuing Technical teams have also held discussions
