Must be present to win. No alcohol can be served at your tabletop. Alcohol that is pre-packaged and unopened can be given away as a door prize. All marketing materials need to be placed on tabletop. Exhibitors can provide a banner to place behind their tabletop. NON-EXHIBITOR POLICY: If a non-exhibiting Allied member pays the member Tabletop fee of $750, they will be permitted in the exhibit hall for any length of time. Sponsorship attendees who do not have networking benefits included in their sponsorship are also non-exhibiting members and must pay the member Tabletop fee to enter the exhibit hall in addition to the sponsorship amount. Any non-exhibiting, non-boma member who is not a real estate professional and considered a vendor must pay the non-boma member exhibitor s fee of $1125 to attend, if applicable.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Rules and Regulations Payment: Complete payment must be received by BOMA to guarantee your Tabletop reservation and location. Payment is due at the time of submittal of the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Contract. DEADLINE to register for a tabletop and sponsorship is Monday, April 10, 2017. Quantities are limited. Cancellation by Exhibitor: Exhibitors may cancel this contract ONLY with written notice to BOMA ON or BEFORE the deadline of March 27th. A cancellation fee of $250 will be deducted from the refund amount. No cancellations after March 27, 2017. Installation of Exhibits: Exhibitors may begin move in at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday April 19, 2017. All exhibits must be set up by 3:15 p.m. on April 19th. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to see that all materials are delivered to the Exhibit area by the specified deadline. General Building Policies Trash: All vendors are responsible for taking all their items with them following the event. Any items left are considered trash. Dismantling of Exhibits: No packing or dismantling of exhibits will be allowed until after the official closing of the exhibit area at 6:30 p.m. At this time, the official service contractor will begin collecting tables, linen and other items. Soliciting and Demonstration: Canvassing, exhibiting, or distributing advertising matter outside the designated exhibit Tabletop area is prohibited. Soliciting or demonstrating by an exhibitor must be confined to the exhibitor s own Tabletop area. No subletting of space will be permitted. Event Indemnification Agreement THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT is made this day of, 2017 by (hereinafter, Exhibitor Company ). In relation, solely for the purposes of an event (BOMA s Network Impact Speed Networking Event) to be held April 19, 2017, Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Denver Metro BOMA (BOMA), upon the following terms and conditions. Exhibitor hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold BOMA, its respective officers, directors, partners, agents, affiliates, employees and independent contractors (collectively the Indemnitees ), harmless from all suits, liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of actions, of any kind, including investigation costs, court costs, litigation expenses and reasonable attorney s fees arising from or incidental to any act of omission of the Exhibitor, including employees, subcontractors, and agents, whether or not acting within the scope of their employment or agency. Contemplated under this Agreement, including but not limited to: (i) any claim for workers compensation benefits, salaries, employment taxes, benefits, pensions or assessments by or injury to or death of any employee of Exhibitor and any subcontractor and/or independent contractor of Exhibitor (and any employee of any such subcontractor and/or independent contractor), whether caused by the negligence of Exhibitor, subcontractor and/or independent contractor of Exhibitor, or the negligence of any Indemnitee, including any claim or action by the representatives or beneficiaries of such employee who is deceased, or by the Workers Compensation Carrier of the Exhibitor, subcontractor or independent contractor; (ii) all claims in favor of any person(s) or entity(ies) (including any Indemnitee) on account of damage to property, personal injuries, bodily injuries or death, by reason, in whole or in part, of any: (a) act or alleged act of; (b) omission of; (c) negligence of; (d) willful misconduct of; (e) breach of any or all of the terms of this Agreement by; or (f) action which is not permitted by or pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, taken by or on behalf of Exhibitor, its subcontractors and/or independent contractors, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by Exhibitor or under the control of Exhibitor, including when (i) the basis of such claim is alleged to be caused by the negligence of any Indemnitee, or is alleged or is actually caused by the concurrent negligence of any Indemnitee and Exhibitor or when the basis of Indemnitee s negligence is alleged or determined to result from the act of leasing to the Exhibitor and/or (ii) such claim arises from concurrent; (iii) claims against Exhibitor, its subcontractors, independent contractors, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by or under the control of Exhibitor; (iv) Exhibitor s failure to adequately effect and maintain the types and levels of insurance required of Exhibitor under this the Lease or failure to require and assure that Exhibitor s subcontractors and/or independent contractors effect and maintain the types and levels of insurance required of subcontractor under the Lease; (v) Exhibitor s failure to obtain all necessary waivers of subrogation as set out under this Agreement. (vi) Exhibitor will be responsible for its own work and all work of every description done or used in connection with this Agreement, and hereby specifically and distinctly assumes all risks of damage or injury from whatever cause to property or persons used or employed in connection with such work, and all damages or injury to property or persons wherever located resulting from any action or operation under this Agreement or in connection with such work. (vii) This indemnification shall not be limited to damages, compensation or benefits payable under insurance policies, workers compensation act, disability benefit acts or other employees benefit acts.
