ANNEX I Independent Quality Review Report te: The Managing Authority shall notify the selected major project to the Commission only if the Independent Quality Review concludes with a positive appraisal i.e. the major project is positively appraised for all criteria set out in the delegated act on the quality review [references to be added] and for all aspects covered under points 1-9. Where the appraisal is not positive for all applicable criteria and the aspects set out in points 1-9, the independent experts shall provide the report to the Member State in accordance with the provisions of the delegated act {references to be added]. This Independent Quality Review has been completed by [ ] on the date indicated below pursuant the requirements of Articles 90 to 92 of Regulation [ /2013] with regards to the assessment of a Major Project by an independent expert for the purpose of notifying a Member State prior to the selection of a project in accordance with Article 114, paragraph 3 of the above-mentioned Regulation and in compliance with Delegated Act on the methodology to be used in carrying out the quality review of a major project, in particular the criteria and steps required for carrying out quality reviews by independent experts of Article 5 and 6 of that act.
