5. Conditions of Entry: Limit one entry per person, and additional entries will be disqualified and persons attempting to submit multiple entries will be disqualified. Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the mobile number used to enter the Promotion. The authorized account holder is the person who is assigned to a mobile number by the mobile service provider or other organization assigning mobile numbers. Automated entry processes that provide for more than one entry are prohibited. Unintelligible entries; entries with incomplete, invalid, incorrect, or noncurrent information; entries that are counterfeit, damaged, or tampered with in any way; and entries with printing or typographical errors will be disqualified. Disqualified entries and entries that are late, lost, damaged, misdirected, stolen, or not delivered are not the responsibility of the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible if a potential winner does not receive his or her prize because erroneous, expired, canceled, fraudulent, or fake information was provided during Promotion. Winner Determination and Verification: Each Monday following select Kansas City Royals home games (as listed in Table 1), one winner will be randomly selected from the pool of all eligible entries received for the previous day s home game. The selection of the prize winners (each a Prize Drawing ) is within the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize Drawing Entries (whether winning or non-winning) will not be rolled over into any subsequent Prize Drawings (subject to Section 7 herein). Entrants must re-enter each week to be entered into that week s Prize Drawing. All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor. An Entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if notified of being a winner unless and until the Entrant's eligibility has been verified. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and eligibility is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Each potential winner will be notified by email or phone after selection. A potential winner is disqualified and forfeits the prize if the potential winner: 1) cannot be contacted using the information provided after a reasonable effort has been exerted based on the information provided; 2) fails to comply with these Official Rules; 3) fails to respond to Sponsor s attempt to notify the potential winner of being selected within 5 business days; 4) fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release ( Release ) within the required time period (if applicable time period will be provided with the Release); 5) is unable or unwilling to accept the prize as stated; 6) cannot be verified as eligible for any other reason; or 7) if the prize, the prize notification, or the Release is returned as undeliverable or an error or undeliverable bounce back message occurs, even if the message is ultimately delivered to the recipient. In the event that a prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the foregoing process will be repeated with a randomly selected potential winner from the pool of remaining entries until the prize is awarded or until 4 attempts have been made to award the prize and each attempt has failed. 7. Prizes: There are 13 prizes prize(s) available to be won. The prize(s) include(s) a $100 Academy Sports + Outdoors Gift Card ($100). Total Value of all prizes = $1300. Any prize details not specified herein will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. The prize is not, in whole or in part, assignable, transferable, or available for resale, and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the sole right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. Sponsor has made no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize. This includes, without limitation, a warranty, representation, or guarantee related to any prize s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Kansas City Royals home game as listed in Table 1 is cancelled, rescheduled for a different day, and/or otherwise does not occur per the information listed in Table 1, and the game has not yet started, the Prize Drawing for that week will be canceled, and the prize will not be awarded. In the event a Kansas City Royals home game as listed in Table 1 is cancelled, rescheduled for a different day, or postponed, and the game as listed in Table 1 has already started, the Prize Drawing for that week will include all eligible entries received for that Prize Drawing up until the time of the game cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement. Odds of winning a prize depends on number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 8. Limitations of Liability: By entering this Promotion each Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, the Kansas City Royals, Content Hosts, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, advertising or promotional agencies, distributors, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company s officers, directors, employees and agents, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such individual (collectively, the Released Parties ) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of, or related to, such Entrant s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. In no event will Released Parties be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of this Promotion. Right to Modify or Cancel: Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond Sponsor s reasonable control impairs Sponsor's ability to properly conduct the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in accordance with these Official Rules. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the suspension, modification or cancellation of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt to undermine the operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
