Alliance Overview Gold and base metals explorer targeting highly prospective projects in South Australia and Western Australia Proven track record in delivering shareholder value - $58.4M returned to shareholders in 2015 and 2016 through sale of historic asset Flagship Wilcherry Project Joint Venture located in mineral-rich Gawler Craton, SA Committed to growth through strategic acquisition and targeted development $7.1M Cash Reserves (31 Dec 17) Capital Structure ASX Code AGS Shares on Issue 104,293,923 (1.55 M unlisted options) Market capitalisation $ 13 M ($0.125) Major holders Directors ~30 %, Funds ~5 % 2

Wilcherry Project Overview Located in the Gawler Craton, northern Eyre Peninsula, 40 km north of Kimba, South Australia Large tenement package of seven ELs (1,200 km 2 ) prospective for gold and base metals Alliance is targeting: o Weednanna Prospect for high-grade gold o Regional targets for copper, tin, zinc, lead & silver Wilcherry Project Joint Venture, Alliance (67.35% and manager) / Tyranna (32.65%) JV Exploration spend $2.1 million in FY2017 Alliance is sole funding $3.2 million in FY2018 and may move to ~77% ownership ($1.4 million spent to 31 Dec 17) 3

Activity Project/Prospect Result 1,795 line-km) helicopter borne electromagnetic (HEM) survey Ground moving loop EM surveys (MLEM) to confirm HEM conductors Wilcherry Project Regional HEM targets Work Completed CY2017 Identified 26 late-time conductors, potentially indicative of massive sulphide mineralisation MLEM surveys confirm 22 conductors 6 MLEM targets drilled for 2,745m Regional MLEM Targets 12.7m @ 3.9% Pb, 0.2% Zn and 114 g/t Ag from 65.8m (Telephone Dam) 3m @ 0.4% Zn from 159m to EOH (T2) 39m @ 8% TGC from 116m (T5) 14 MLEM conductors yet to be drill tested 70 RC drill holes for 11,207m Weednanna Gold Prospect Significant gold intercepts 43 holes reported >1 g/t Au 14 holes returning >50 g/t x m Re-assaying of historic RC samples (2012 originally drilled for magnetite but not assayed for gold) Weednanna Gold Prospect Returned significant gold results incl. 2m @ 30.03 g/t Au and 5m @ 6.34 g/t Au Preliminary metallurgical testwork Weednanna Gold Prospect Good cyanide leach kinetics (90% in 24 hours, Targets 1, 2 and 3) with conventional grinding 4

Regional Gold Potential Weednanna is the most advanced gold prospect at Wilcherry Originally a Shell Company of Australia base metals target Acacia defined a strong gold-in-calcrete anomaly coincident with a NNW-trending magnetic anomaly in 1997 Drilling by Acacia and others established gold mineralisation coincident with the magnetic anomaly over 1.3 km The magnetic anomaly was the crystalline magnetite target for Ironclad Mining Ltd There is potential for further gold discoveries within 20 km of Weednanna based on gold-in-calcrete anomalism These regional targets have been drilled by past explorers to varying degrees, however, are yet to be followed up by Alliance Current focus is on the Weednanna gold prospect Weednanna 5

Weednanna Gold Prospect Highlights 70 hole RC drilling programs completed for 11,207m to define the Magnetic Image geometry of Targets 1, 2 and 3 with initial drilling at Target 4 43 out of 70 holes reported intercepts >1 g/t Au, with 14 holes returning >50 g/t x m Au (grade x thickness) Results confirm distribution of the gold shoots may be highgrade and discrete in cross-section, but laterally extensive in strike (ovoid to rod-like in geometry ) Close spaced drilling is required for accurate definition Additional high-grade targets exist within the 1.3 km mineralised strike and in the granite to the west of the magnetite skarn Maiden mineral resource estimate planned for June quarter Preliminary metallurgical testwork of Targets 1, 2 and 3 indicate good cyanide leach kinetics (90% in 24 hours) with conventional grinding Metallurgical testwork on Target 4 is in progress Further drilling at Target 4 has commenced and will be followed by initial testing of Target 5 Sources: Alliance s ASX announcements dated 3 April 2017, 10 April 2017, 28 August 2017, 30 November 2017 and 17 January 2018 6

Weednanna Gold Prospect Target 1 Gold is associated with disseminated arsenopyrite in chlorite-sericite altered granite Sources: Alliance s ASX announcements dated 3 April 2017, 10 April 2017, 28 August 2017, 30 November 2017 and 17 January 2018 8

Weednanna Gold Prospect Target 2 Drilling identified a moderate to steep east-dipping k-feldspar and biotite zoned granite overlying variably magnetite-altered calc-silicate rocks. Gold is associated with pyrite adjacent to magnetite near the granite/calc-silicate contact and forming a discrete north striking (and plunging) shoot.
