Verizon Night Ticket Sweepstakes OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ELIGIBILITY: The Verizon Night Ticket Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) is open only to legal residents who reside within 80 miles of the Pittsburgh area and are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of entry. Employees of Verizon ( Sponsor ), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and advertising, promotion and Internet agencies, agents, and members of the immediate family or household of any such employee, are not eligible. HOW TO REGISTER AND ENTER: The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on October 16, 2015 and ends at 9:00 PM ET on October 18, 2015 (the Entry Period ). 3. How To Register and Obtain Entries: To register for and enter the Sweepstakes, upload a post to your Twitter account that contains the hashtag #VerizonNightSweepstakes.. Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible to enter or win. Twitter submissions that do not meet the following Content Guidelines are subject to disqualification from the Sweepstakes and/or removal, each at Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion: Twitter submissions that are created by the Entrant must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity. Sponsor does not permit the infringement of others rights and any use of materials not original to the Entrant is grounds for disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Do not copy images from your favorite movie, book or photo or include materials, images, graphics, music or trademarks belonging to any third parties or incorporate the names, voices, likeness or personas of any party other than yourself unless you have obtained the rights necessary to permit you to use same in connection with your Twitter submission and grant the rights herein granted to Sponsor. Entries that contain third party brand names, trademarks or company logos are subject to disqualification. Submissions must not include material that: (a) is sexually explicit, indecent, obscene, violent, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous, (b) is

derogatory or promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, (c) invades the privacy or publicity rights of any person, living or deceased, (d) is unlawful, (e) is harmful to other users of the Website such as viruses, Trojan horses or other technologies that could adversely impact the Sweepstakes, and/or (f) is disparaging to Sponsor or is inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate (at Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion). Each Twitter submission should not reveal any personal information about an individual, including a person s address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number or any information that may be used to track, contact or impersonate an individual. Entrant must have permission from any individuals that appear in entrant s Twitter submission (e.g., family members, friends, or others). Entrants must not submit a submission that, if selected, cannot be licensed or assigned to Sponsor as contemplated below. Each entrant must comply with Twitter s terms of service and Acceptable Use Policy (including, without limitation, not posting any material that would infringe upon any third party s intellectual property rights). Upon completion of the entry process, the entrant ( Entrant ) will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for the Entry Period. General Entry Terms and Conditions: Entries must be completed and received by Sponsor by 9:00 p.m. ET at the end of the Entry Period. Entry times will be determined using Sponsor s computer, which will be the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Normal time or data rates, if any, charged by Internet service or mobile provider will apply. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. 4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about 9:15 PM ET on October 18, 2015, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries submitted and received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to the cut-off time for the drawing. There is a limit of one prize per person and per Twitter account. The potential winners will be notified through their Twitter account. If a potential winner cannot be reached by 12:00 PM ET the next day, he or she may be disqualified and the prize awarded to an alternate winner. The winners are subject to eligibility verification. The potential winners may, in Sponsor s discretion, be required to complete and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release, prior to receiving the prize. If a potential winner fails to respond to any notification attempt within the time period specified by Sponsor, or if any attempted notification or prize delivery is returned as undeliverable, or if a

potential winner fails to complete and return any required affidavit or release within the specified time period, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Eligible winner must be a legal resident who resides within 80 miles of the Pittsburgh area and is eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of entry. 5. PRIZES: Fifty (50) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to Verizon Night at [INSERT LOCATION] on October 20, 2015. Approximate retail value ( ARV ) of each prize is $[INSERT PRIZE VALUE], and the aggregate ARV for all prizes in the Sweepstakes is $[INSERT SUM OF PRIZE VALUES]. General Prize Terms and Conditions: All prize details (including, without limitation, specific products and features) will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. The prizes will be awarded if properly claimed. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of the right to receive any prize is permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prizes consist only of the items expressly specified in these Official Rules. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of any prize or any component thereof that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the prize (including, without limitation, Internet access, wireless service and any additional services or products that are necessary in connection with the use of any of the prizes) are the responsibility of the winner. GENERAL RULES: Sponsor, Pittsburgh Penguins LP, Twitter and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and advertising, promotion and Internet agencies, and the successors, assigns and agents of each of the foregoing, and the officers, directors and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the Released Parties ) are not responsible, and will have no liability, for late, lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries, incorrect or inaccurate capture of, damage to, or loss of entries or entry information, or any other human or technical errors of any kind relating to the operation of the Website, communications or attempted communications with any Entrant, the submission, collection, storage or processing of entries or the

administration of the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible, and will have no liability, for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause any postponement or cancellation of any component of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, entrant fraud or misconduct, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing to award the prizes may be conducted, if deemed appropriate by Sponsor in its sole discretion, from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. By entering, each Entrant releases and agrees to hold each of the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, the acceptance, receipt or use of any prize or prize component, and/or any use of the winner s name, likeness, voice and/or

Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in the State of New York, County of New York, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules. 8.
