Additional Notes (2)Metropolitan West Total Return Bond - Class I Shares: Metropolitan West Asset Management, LLC (the "Adviser") has contractually agreed to reduce advisory fees and/or reimburse expenses, including distribution expenses, to limit the 's total annual operating expenses (excluding interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, short sale dividend expenses, acquired fund fees and expenses, and any expenses incurred in connection with any merger or reorganization or extraordinary expenses such as litigation) to 0.49%. The Adviser may recoup reduced fees and expenses within three years, subject to any applicable expense limit at the time of recoupment. This contract will remain in place until July 31, 2016. Although it does not expect to do so, the Board of Trustees is permitted to terminate that contract sooner in its discretion with written notice to the Adviser. (the "Advisor" or "Touchstone Advisors") and Touchstone Strategic Trust (the "Trust") have entered into a contractual expense limitation agreement whereby Touchstone Advisors will waive a portion of its fees or reimburse certain expenses (excluding dividend and interest expenses relating to short sales; interest; taxes; brokerage commissions and other transaction costs; portfolio transaction and investment related expenses, including expenses associated with the 's liquidity provider; other expenditures which are capitalized in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles; the cost of "Acquired Fees and Expenses," if any; and other extraordinary expenses not incurred in the ordinary course of business) in order to limit annual operating expenses to 0.68% of average daily net assets. This contractual expense limitation is effective through October 29, 2018, but can be terminated by a vote of the Board of Trustees of the Trust (the "Board") if it deems the termination to be beneficial to the 's shareholders. The terms of the contractual expense limitation agreement provide that Touchstone Advisors is entitled to recoup, subject to approval by the Board, such amounts waived or reimbursed for a period of up to three years from the date on which Touchstone Advisors reduced its compensation or assumed expenses for the. The will make repayments to the Advisor only if such repayment does not cause the annual operating expenses (after the repayment is taken into account) to exceed both (1) the expense cap in place when such amounts were waived and (2) the 's current expense limitation. (6)Aberdeen International Equity - Institutional Class: Aberdeen s (the Trust) and Aberdeen Asset Management Inc. (the Adviser) have entered into a written contract limiting operating expenses to 1.10%. This contractual limitation may not be terminated before February 28, 2019 without the approval of the Independent Trustees. This limit excludes certain expenses, including any taxes, interest, brokerage fees, short-sale dividend expenses, Acquired Fees and Expenses, Rule 12b-1 fees, administrative services fees, transfer agent out-of-pocket expenses and extraordinary expenses.
