MARCO MESINA Trainee Milan He supports the tax department in a broad variety of tax matters, including both domestic and international tax issues. He deals with all kinds of tax aspects relating to commercial transactions, cross-border transactions, financial transactions as well as international tax aspects, international tax planning and transfer pricing issues. He also has experience in direct taxation, indirect taxation and tax litigation. Marco obtained his Law Degree (J.D. equivalent) from the University of Rome La Sapienza in 2015, with a thesis in International Commercial Contracts law. He studied, as an exchange student, in the University of Groningen, The Netherlands, for one year. Marco has attended a postgraduate qualifying course in Tax Law, Accounting and Fiscal Planning at the University Luiss Guido Carli of Rome. Marco joined Watson Farley & Williams in 2017.
