I do not understand much about digital marketing yet. I am a novice but learning about this at EXPER+T Arena has broadened my horizons to explore and initiate our work in this field. I came away with good ideas. ILHA Claudia Baston, owner of Baston Sistemas de Automação ABRAPE, the Brazilian Association for Venetian Blinds, Curtains and Awnings organized a special show area for its members, IHLA ABRAPE. Here the manufacturers showcased their latest products in the midst of R+T South America. The programme took place during one day of the trade fair in order to promote greater knowledge and to exchange experiences. It was initiated with a general review of the sector and highlighting the points that should be emphasized more. It also brought specialists together in order to debate topics ranging from the environmental influences to focussing on the financing and logistics. The EXPER+T Arena is an educational and networking programme that shares ideas and discusses the important subjects which are being confronted in the global markets for blinds, doors and gates, as well as solar protection. "We held four member meetings during the year and it is the second time that we used R+T South America to organize one of them, which was due to the strong presence of our associates and that is very positive for us. We consider that the exhibitors are even more professional this year, with better stands and greater focus on doing business. Our associates are expecting that the business will grow by 12 % this year in relation to 2017 and we are much more optimistic. The trade fair is also an ideal place for meeting more professionals who want to become new associates." Pedro Barros, Vice-President of Abrape's Marketing Department

A sophisticated way of visiting the event: the relationship programme is exclusive among the brands and suppliers. The Hospitality Class received more than 218 visitors who belong to the major companies in the sector during the four days of the event.
