IMPORTANT LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATION: 18-08-2018 Our Bank Profile: Sarva UP Gramin Bank, a leading Regional Rural bank sponsored by Punjab National Bank, is looking for retired Bank Officers in Scale II and above with. Graduate/Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University. Having experience of handling credit and worked in rural/semi urban area in any Regional Rural Bank/Public sector Bank. Possessing satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer. Well conversant with local language. Resident of Uttar Pradesh preferably of same or nearby district. Work experience as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch or as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years or more. Other criteria as per details given herein. The Salient Features of Selection Criteria are given below: 1. AGE, QUALIFICATION & EXPRENCE (As on 31.07.2018) Age: - Less than 65 years with sound Health Qualification: Essential Qualification & Experience Should be resident of same state, preferably same or nearby district. Should be well conversant with local language, Retired Bank Officer of Scale-II & above with experience of handling credit and having worked in rural/ semi-urban area. Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service, out of which at least 15 years should be in officers Cadre. Work experience as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch or as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years or more. Graduate/ Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University. He should have unblemished service record, should be a person of high integrity and should Possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer. 1 P a g e

He should be able to work independently and should have computer knowledge, especially of programs like MS Word, Power Point, Excel and should be able to operate internet. Desirable: Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer/Rural Development Officer/Agriculture Officer converted to mainstream of banking / Lead District Manager and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centre / colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred. Period of appointment: The candidate shall be appointed on Contract basis for a period of one year, subject to satisfactory performance which shall be evaluated by competent authority. Renewal may be possible at Bank s sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules. At any point of time, the upper age for completion of term should not exceed 68 years. 2. CONTRACT AMOUNT AND OTHER TRAVELLING EXPENSES: The contract amount shall be paid an amount equivalent to last pay & allowances drawn less the initial amount of Pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs. 10000/ p.m. whichever is lower. Further a lump sum amount of Rs.2000/p.m. shall be paid as overhead expenditure towards Mobile, Conveyance etc. However, the condition of Last Pay & Allowance drawn by the Officer less the initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. Will be applicable only to the pension co-optee retired bank official of a Nationalized Bank and in case of non pensioner, the candidate will be eligible only for Rs. 10000/-p.m. together with lump sum amount of Rs. 2000/- towards Mobile, Conveyance etc. Please note that no other benefit or charges shall accrue or be payable. Reimbursement of TA/DA for traveling as per requirement of the post shall be made as per the scale / grade in which he /she was working at time of his/her superannuation. No other allowance / reimbursement of expenses will be admissible. 3. LEAVE: The candidates shall be entitled for 15 days leave per year with Maximum of 02 days per month. 4.
