Freigners are able t establish and take ver a cmpany as a 100% sharehlder in Turkey r prviding that it is nt less than 40% share (fr wrking permit) they can be a partner fr any cmpany.
Wrking Permit in Turkey It s required that stck capital f a cmpany must be at least 100.000 TL r grss sales amunt t at least 800.000 TL r the exprt amunt f last year amunts t at least 250.000 USD. In the cmpany that demanded fr wrking permit, emplying at least 5 (five) Turkish Citizens is mandatry fr each freign partner.
