The incentive is for these members to receive a credit to your membership accounts, community growth and more of your friends to enjoy Hillcrest. Each member of Hillcrest Country Club will have the opportunity to identify individuals whom they feel will properly embrace the culture of our club and personally extend them an invitation to join Hillcrest Country Club. As a thank you to current members and the new members who successfully join our community, we will be offering monthly credits for 12 months (up to a maximum of $300 per month). Credits will commence upon the payment of dues. Our goal is to prove to them they belong here, and that we will do everything we can to make their family feel right at home. Prospective new members will have the privilege of previewing the Club through March 31, 2020, without the payment of an initial initiation fee. Initiation Fee Reduction If new members decide to purchase their membership on or before April 30, 2019 they will enjoy the half priced initiation fee. As of May 1, 2019 the reductions will no longer be available. If the membership is not purchased by April 30, 2019, the preview membership shall continue through March 31, 2020, at which time, the preview relationship shall be terminated.

Student Athlete & Tennis Membership Student Athlete Membership - For the student athlete excelling in Golf, Tennis and Swim. Annual Fee: $800 Qualifications: Athlete must be between the ages of 14-22. Must be enrolled in High School or Secondary Education Courses. Membership Includes: Full golf course access, driving range and practice facility. Please note, that golf privileges will be limited on Wednesday & Friday afternoon along with Saturday and Sunday mornings. Access to tennis courts and eligible to participate on tennis team dependent upon age. Access to the swimming facilities and eligible to participate on swim and dive team dependent upon age. Access to the fitness facilities, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Tennis Membership - Membership will be active May through September. Initiation Fee: $250 Monthly Dues: $100 Capital Improvement Program: This program will provide a regular source of income EXCLUSIVELY for capital projects. Unlimited Business Group Membership Unlimited Business Group Membership Initiation Fee: $10,000 Qualifications: Unlimited memberships in any membership class listed below. Must be actual business organization, non profit association or other formally recognized group that is capable of contracting for this plan. Individual employees can apply for membership at any time during the year. Board of Directors must approve all new members and normal dues structure will apply. Business Group Dining privileges will be extended to other designated employees of the Corporation (dining only). Hillcrest Country Club will provide Dining Cards for this purpose. All food service using this dining privilege by designated non-members will require payment. Sponsoring Business Group will be responsible for communicating Club dining rules to designated employees. Board of Directors reserves the right to limit added members under this program if it at any time adopts overall Club membership capacity restrictions. Member s Signature: HCC Account Number: Commitment Contract - This is the agreement to become a member of Hillcrest Country Club under the following terms and conditions: The New Member agrees to a membership at Hillcrest country club for the term of twenty-four months. After the term has expired the membership status is month by month. After the first twenty-four months the Member agrees that in order to cancel their membership they must provide a thirty day notice in writing. The New Member agrees to pay Hillcrest Country Club a total of twenty-four months of Membership Dues and Capital Dues in equal installments over the duration of the twenty-four month period. If the new member chooses to end their membership prior to the end of the twenty-four month period, they agree to pay the remaining month's dues, the periodic and annual fees and proper charges to their account to satisfy the commitment. The New Member agrees to pay all scheduled periodic and annual Club fees for the membership class and all proper charges to their account. Monthly Dues shall be payable on or before the 15 th day of each month. On the failure of the New Member to pay the Monthly Dues within 25 days of the due date. Hillcrest, in its sole and absolute discretion, may either 1) expel the New Member from membership at Hillcrest Country Club or 2) suspend the New Member from all privileges of membership at Hillcrest Country Club, until such time as the Monthly Dues in arrears are paid in full. It is expressly agreed that if the New Member breaches the terms and conditions of this contract, specifically including but not limited to a failure of the New Member to pay the dues when due, the New Member shall pay Hillcrest Country Club as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, an amount calculated as follows: the dues stated in the paragraph above, any current charges and any fees associated with collecting the delinquent amounts, less any monthly dues paid by the New Member under this contract. The New Member understands that they may transfer from a Social to a Regular membership during the commitment period without penalty; however, they must pay the difference in the initiation fee. Pre-authorization Agreement For Automatic Payment of Monthly Dues and Services - Please attach a voided check or deposit slip. Many Hillcrest Country Club (HCC) members have requested the creation of a convenient method to pay monthly dues and services through pre-authorized automatic bank transfers. This single form allows you to pre-authorize HCC to initiate automatic withdrawals from a pre-specified checking or savings account in the amount of your total monthly statement. You will continue to receive a copy of the statement for your records. The automatic payment date will be the 15th of each month or roughly 20-30 days after the closing date of the month being covered by the automatic bank transfer. All fees incurred by HCC due to insufficient funds being available in the member s bank account will be added to the next monthly member statement. Changes in the account number, account name or other details relating to this authorization must be made in writing no less than 15 days prior to the next payment date and be addressed to the HCC accounting department. I authorize HCC to initiate debit entries to my Checking Savings Account (check one) indicated below and the bank named below to debit the same to such account. I acknowledge that the originator of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of the U.S. law.
