WeareindiscussionswiththeStateofNewYorkregardingthestatusandscopeoftheHealthEnterpriseplatformproject,whichevolvedtoincludeoptionstonot fullycompletetheproject.basedonthosediscussions,webelieveitisprobablethatwewillnotfullycompletetheimplementationoftheplatforminnewyork. Asaresultofthesedevelopments,wewillrecordapre-taxchargeofapproximately$161million(approximately$98millionafter-taxor($0.48)pershare)inour fourth-quarter2016resultsreflectingestimatedassetimpairments,winddowncostsandotherimpactsfromthisproject.thechargeincludesapproximately$115 millionforthewrite-offofreceivablesandotherrelatedassetsandnon-cashimpairmentcharges,withtheremainderofthechargeexpectedtobecashoutflowsin futurequartersforwinddownandrelatedcosts. Lateinthethirdquarterof2015,wedeterminedthatwewouldnotfullycompleteHealthEnterpriseMedicaidplatformimplementationprojectsinCaliforniaand Montanaandrecordedachargeof$389million.Thechargeincludeda$116millionreductiontorevenueswiththeremaining$273millionrecordedtocostof outsourcing.
