From: Sent: To: Cc: Subject: Ed Zellers Wednesday, November 07, 2012 3:33 PM jeriwi@ndexteamwest.com ; Janina Jewell; Sharon Hayes Beggs lake lot Ms. Williamson I writing in regard to the referenced lake lot that was the subject of a foreclosure on June 5, 2012. I have reviewed the email correspondence between you and Ms. Wells of the City. As you are aware, the lake lot license fee due to the City of Weatherford has not been paid. The fee is past due at this time. I believe that Ms. Wells has provided you with the total amount due. The lender should understand that the borrower did not own the fee simple title to the property and that it owned by the City of Weatherford and was simply licensed to Beggs and Rodriguez. Failure to pay the license fee will ultimately result in the cancellation of the license. If the license is cancelled, the possession of the property will revert to the City of Weatherford. In order for the lender to maintain it's interest in the property, the executed license agreement along with the payment of the fee should be remitted to the City of Weatherford as soon as possible. The cancellation of the license agreement is scheduled to be considered by the Board of Trustees of the Weatherford Municipal Utility System at their meeting this month. Please pass this information along to the lender so that it can take steps to protect it's interest in the property. Thanks for your help.
