The responsibilitie s of the General Assembly shall be: - T o approve policy matters of the Association. - T o approve constitutions includin g it s amendments. - T o elect the Executive Committee members. - To approv e the Board of Trustee members -To approve financia l an d administrativ e regulation s propose d b y th e Executive Committee. - To approve action plans of the Association as proposed by the Executive Committee.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTE E MEETING: This shall be: - Conducte d at least once per month. - Calle d by the chairman in normal circumstances. - Calledby half of the members once required. The responsibilities of the Executiv e Committee meetin g shal l be: - Topropose action plans and review developments undertake n and submit to the Boar d of Trustee for advise. - Topropose necessary adjustment i n leadership and membership. - T o make decisions necessary for th e progres s of the Association. - T o discuss membership. 7.3. BOARD O F TRUSTEE MEETING: This shall be: - Compose d of members promoted b y the Executive Committee. - Conducte d at least four times pe r year. - Le d b y the Chairma n who shal l b e th e Patro n of th e Associatio n and be elected bythe members of the Boar d every year. The responsibilities o f the Boar d of Trustee shal l be - T o advise the Executive Committee an d the Association on various issues related to the Association's development. - T o negotiate o n all matters that will require trusteeship. - Totake care of all assets and liabilities o f the Association. - T o propos e procedure s an d regulation s pertainin g Association' s assets and liabilities.

ARTICLE 9.0 : ACTIN G LEADERSHIP. 9.1 It i s not allowed for any leader to. appointthe actin g leader. 9.2. Th e acting leader shall be nominated b y the respectiv e Committee members. 9.3. I n cas e o f absenc e o f a leade r without notic e th e actin g leadershi p shal l no t exceed ninety days. ARTICLE 10.0 : AMENDMEN T O F TE CONSTITUTIO N This shall be: - Propose d by the Executive Committee - Approved by the General Assembly - Approved by two thirds of the General Assembly. ARTICLE 11.0:TERMINATIO N O F MEMBERSHIP. 11.1 Th e membership shall terminate when : - A member resigns - A member dies - Confirme d by the General Assembly. 11.2. Th e membership termination shal l be based on:

Th e F : nancial regulations shal l include: - Th e Associatio n to seek, and obtai n th e fund s equivalen t t o th e define d task. - Th e fund to be used only to the intende d task. - Auditin g onc e required - Th e donor o r a person providing th e funds shal l be entitled to monitor th e progress and check the proper usag e of resources. - Provisio n fo r a Financia l Committe e bein g responsibl e fo r financia l managemen.
