REGULATION OF FURIZON SOVEREIGN GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Furizon is a cultural association, established in accordance with the legal provisions, whose purpose is to give visibility to the Italian furry community, to organize themed events and hangouts, to support and coordinate with other subject pursuing the same purpose. Furizon works on a non-profit basis but, as a legal entity, complies diligently to their fiscal liabilities. Each participating member, associate or administrator answer personally of its responsibilities, civil and criminal. The terms PARTECIPATING members identify those whom, with their participation to the event, acquires the status of associate at the association of Furizon. The terms ASSOCIATE members identify those who are willing to collaborate with administration members, from which are being coordinated, and whose tasks are reflected in the performance of fundamental activities for the realization of an event made by Furizon. The terms ADMINISTRATOR members (or ORGANISERS, or SENIOR STAFF) identifies permanent constituents of the staff of Furizon, responsible only for the realization of the event, however free of any other charge. Their tasks are articulate to the maintenance of contacts with the hosting structure, organization of activities and its logistics management, assistance compared to the necessities and requests of other members, and coordination of their tasks with those of other. The administrator s activity is not paid with any remuneration, in fact, it is an investment of time taken from their respecting working hours and free time. Pag. 1 di 6

SIGN UP AND PAYMENTS 1) Reaching the age of majority is a necessary condition to take part at events made by Furizon. 2) The Payment of the quota or a part of it presume the agreement of the terms of service. 3) Each member, by paying the subscription, delegates the administrators to dispose independently the quota in order to make the event possible. 4) The quota must be fully payed before the start of the event. attendees who come to the event without fulfilling the payment (without an agreement taken earlier with the staff) will be charged with the unrequited quota, increased by 20 for the delay. 5) All quotas are inclusive of food, accommodation and services. a. The paid quota includes meals and water. Beverages, Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are extras and will be charged to the attendee. No lucrative or commercial activity will be conducted in this regard. b. Any request for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks of the participants towards the staff will have to be paid economically. This activity does not constitute a trade / distribution / administration of beverages, since it will not be carried out to the public and there will be no profit, but it will constitute nothing more than a refinancing of already incurred and agreed expenses. 6) If the event does not reach the required number of 50 people, to rent the hotel Sole del Baldo, without having to exceed the quota budget, the staff may eventually decide to change locations. 7) The cancellation of the event can be decided unanimously by the directors. In case of early cancellation, it involves the return of 100% of the fee paid to the participants. In case of cancellation of the event due to major forces (e.g. due to disasters, natural disasters, or the occurrence of a bereavement or tragedy), only the expenses not yet incurred will be reimbursed. 8) The Senior Staff will screen all entries and refuse to participate in the event to certain persons, at their discretion, for reasons of security or conduct of conduct already known. The judgment of the senior staff will be final, according to the CODE OF CONDUCT. Registration is non-refundable, but transferable. a. For the transfer, both parties must inform the staff from the "Contact" section of the website www.furizon.net and express their mutual desire to transfer the registration. The transfer is not valid until it has been approved with a response from the staff. b. The Association Mandatory Fee is non-refundable and the new member must pay it to Furizon. Pag. 2 di 6

PRIVACY It will be necessary to collect personal data of each participant, in order to fulfill the tourist contribution costs (tourism tax of the Autonomous Province of Trento), as well as insurance (accidents of the host structure). Data collection will be in accordance with the requirements pursuant to Legislative Decree 51/2018, therefore we inform you that: 1) The data provided will be used only for the aforementioned purposes. 2) The treatment will be carried out in the following ways: electronic database. The data will remain on the computer media until the end of the event and, in any case, for the time necessary for the staff to carry out any post-event paperwork. 3) The provision of data is mandatory (under penalty of nullity of the lease and failure to fulfill the tax charges) and any refusal to provide such data involves the failure to continue the relationship (and the inability to participate in the event). 4) The data will not be disclosed to other subjects external to the management of the event, nor will it be disseminated. CODE OF CONDUCT Any action or behavior that causes damage, annoyance or impediment to people, things or to the event itself and to its staff is the direct responsibility of those who perform it. Such actions and behaviors can be punished with the simple verbal reference until the expulsion, and possibly with the temporary or final ban from the event at the discretion of the director s members based on the seriousness of the deed. If such actions are criminally relevant, the staff and / or the directors who saw their existence will report the fact to the competent authorities. Pag. 3 di 6

GENERAL RULES 1) Each participant is required to have an appropriate, comprehensive and respectful behavior. Participants deemed to be dangerous to themselves and others will be removed from the event. 2) Each participant is held responsible personally, on a civil, administrative, tax and criminal level for his actions. Damage to things and people will be charged only to those who caused them. 3) It is mandatory to follow the directives provided by the staff and administrators. 4) It is forbidden to damage the reputation of persons or groups of people through actions, behavior or affirmations. 5) The staff of Furizon is in no way responsible for damage to property of property left unattended or in areas with free access (rooms, technical rooms, outdoor areas within the perimeter of the location and outside the same) and in any other area near which can be carried out activities connected to the event itself. 6) Each participant is asked to inquire in advance on Furizon 's communication channels (Facebook, Furaffinity page, website, Twitter) to be aware of details or changes regarding the event. Participants using Telegram are invited to register for the official Furizon channel. Pag. 4 di 6

SAFETY AND BADGE 1) The 18th year of age must be completed on the first day of the event. The participants are directly responsible for the declarations made and, in case of false declarations, they will incur the provisions of the civil code that regulates the matter, as well as the possible removal from Furizon. 2) The locality as well as the services provided during the event are only accessible to regularly registered members. 3) Participants are identified by a personal badge; this badge is individual and cannot be transferred. 4) The badge must be exposed, presented and given to any member of staff requesting it. 5) Changes to the information on the badge are not allowed unless approved by the board members. 6) In case of emergency, imminent or presumed danger, the participants will have to consent to the authorized personnel access to their rooms. STRUCTURE REGULATION 1) Each participant will review the regulations of the host structure and will personally endeavor to respect it. Staff members will ensure general compliance with the structure 's regulations. PUBLIC RULES OF DECREE 1) It is not allowed to dress garments and objects clearly linked to any fetish. 2) Clearly sexual acts that go beyond simple demonstrations of affection are not allowed. 3) Indecent clothes who show excess nudity are not allowed. 4) It is not permitted to clearly show objects and material for adults in public areas of the event. If in doubt about the appropriateness of a piece of clothing it is advisable to refer directly to the staff and / or administrators for the clarification. Any decisions taken by the staff on this matter will be final and will become an integral part of the regulation. Pag. 5 di 6

ALCOHOL AND DRUGS 1) The participants who will be found in a state of harsh drunkenness will be escorted to their room and measures can be taken in this regard. 2) The actions performed during a state of alteration will always be the responsibility of those who perpetrate them. 3) It is absolutely forbidden to consume drugs or other controlled substances. The use or possession of such substances will be immediately reported to the authorities. WEAPONS 1) Any kind of weapon or potentially dangerous object must be presented to the directors or staff members and approved by them. 2) Weapons of particular risk may be modified in a non-destructive manner in order to make them safe or, if necessary, will be taken over until the end of the event. 3) Firearms, cutting weapons, as well as other weapons subject to control or considered dangerous are not allowed. PHOTO AND VIDEO 1) The distribution of audio / video material recorded during the event must be agreed with the staff and with individual participants in the recording. 2) The administrators can dispose of the multimedia material recorded during the event to promote future events (anonymously, that is without the indication of the names of the participants present, but only recognizing the merit of the author). 3) Under the provisions on privacy, anyone who does not consent must make an explicit request.
