Vitality offers a range of health assessments to help you learn about your health. The Personal Health Review Complete a Personal Health Review on www.discovery.co.za to find out what your health risk factors are and earn 2 000 Vitality points. Vitality will help you set health goals and you ll earn Vitality points for achieving your goals. You ll also find out your Vitality Age, which is a measure of your health relative to your age. Vitality Check Vitality Check is a range of screening tests that help you identify your risk for lifestyle-related chronic conditions. Vitality Check costs R115 and this amount is paid for you once a year from the Discovery Health Screening and Prevention Benefit.
