Meet the Professionals Dexter Walker Family Wealth Director Senior Vice President - Wealth Management Senior Portfolio Manager The Walker Group from left to right: Latrina Green, Dexter Walker, Suzanne Spano and Kaine Alozie During his 20 years as an investment professional, Dexter built a wealth management practice that delivers thoughtful solutions and exceptional service to his clients. He is recognized by Morgan Stanley as a Family Wealth Director, an elite designation bestowed by the firm on the advisors and teams that are the destination for the best and most sophisticated clients of the firm. A Family Wealth Director designation requires passing stringent qualitative and quantitative elements developed by the firm, as well as a high-end professional development program. Dexter earned a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. During his final two years, he was an intern in the brokerage business. He met his wife, Melissa, at the University of Delaware. They have four children that Dexter adores, coaches and actively helps to raise. He also is active in a number of charitable causes including Fair Chance, the Somerset Foundation, and the Wendt Center. He is an avid squash player and reader, and also enjoys golf and basketball. 4 MORGAN STANLEY

Suzanne Ratelle Spano, CFA, CFP Financial Advisor Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2007, Suzanne has focused on providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients and their families. Her approach stems from her 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy and operations where she learned that sound strategic planning considers the interconnectedness of the balance sheet, income and cash flow statements, as well as, risk management. She applies this business planning approach when developing, implementing and maintaining customized financial plans focused on helping our clients and their families achieve their financial and lifestyle goals, while allaying their concerns. Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Georgetown University. She continues to expand her knowledge and skill set aimed at better serving clients, including earning the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP ) designations. Suzanne enjoys cooking, running and swimming. A Minnesota native and with nearly 10 years in New York City, she now lives in the DC area with her husband, Bryan. Kaine Alozie Portfolio Management Associate Ken s responsible for developing customized, tax-aware investment solutions to help clients meet their stated objectives. He does this by focusing on investment strategy, portfolio management and investment analytics. His process begins with the client - understanding their goals, concerns and priorities. Ken then pairs top-down, macroeconomic views held by the team and the firm with extensive diligence on a full suite of investment options, including individual stocks and bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, hedge funds and others. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ken worked for other leading financial firms, including Lehman Brothers, Oracle Capital Partners, Marsh & McLennan and P&M Corporate Finance. Ken earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola Marymount University and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. He also earned a Masters in Finance from London Business School and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Ken is a black belt in Taekwondo and lives in Silver Spring, MD with his wife, Roxanne. Latrina Green Financial Planning Associate Senior Registered Associate Latrina is responsible for resolving and following up on client inquiries, as well as, the day to day administration of client accounts and team operations. As an employee of Morgan Stanley for approximately 15 years, she has worked closely with clients while gaining knowledge of the firm s operations and procedures. Her experience is essential for the team to be able to provide exceptional service to our clients in a timely and professional matter. Latrina was a Client Service Associate (CSA) Coach from 2008 to 2012, where she helped facilitate the training for new hire CSAs and assisted other CSAs with their administrative and operational inquiries and issues. Born and raised in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area, Latrina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both English and Mass Communications with a Minor in Public Relations Frostburg State University. Latrina is Series 7, 66, and 31 securities licensed. Additionally, she continues to be an active member of her sorority, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., enjoys cooking, and is an avid reader in her spare time. THE WALKER GROUP 5
