Excluding that impact, Adjusted OIBDA declined from the fourth quarter 207 primarily due to lower sales of merchandise at e-commerce site, WWE Shop, and lower royalties from the sale of toy products WWE remained the # brand sold in the U.S. action figure category and the latest franchise game release, WWE 2K9, earned its highest Metacritic score since Take-Two began producing the game in 203.
