Invitations to Official Reception: each company participating in the exhibition receives 1 free entry invitation to the official reception. Additional quantity is available after completing the ORDER FORM FOR INVITATIONS.

3. APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION The exhibition participant (hereinafter referred to as the participant) receives the application form for participation in the exhibition AgroBalt 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the application form), completes it and sends it back to the exhibition arranger by mail, e-mail or fax till 6/4/2012. If the application form is received after the indicated date, the request will be satisfied only when there is such possibility. The application form acquires legal force only when fully completed, signed and sealed by the participant. After receiving the application form, the exhibition arranger undertakes to provide participation permission and an exhibition space layout with the planned position of the stand (if possible, participant's requests will be taken into account), by sending them to the indicated (mail, e- mail or fax) address. The exhibition arranger reserves the right to change the position of the stand when necessary. 4. PARTICIPATION FEE Participant's registration fee: EUR 62,27 + VAT. The fee covers the main organizational services that include exhibition organization and marketing, selection of visitors, their attraction through various advertising tools, dispatch of official invitations, general lighting, cleaning of passages, and guarding services during non-business hours. Co-exhibitor's fee: EUR 43,44 + VAT. The fee covers 1 participant's card and 1 parking permit. A co-exhibitor is an economic entity that joins the main participant, who orders the exhibition space and other services related to the exhibition participation, and uses his/her exhibition stand. A co-exhibitor receives an invoice only with regard to the co-exhibitor's fee. The participant must provide the list if coexhibitors in the application form. The minimum space for a display stand: 9 sq m (4 sq m in the Farmers' Marketplace) The cost of 1 sq m of the equipped exhibition space: EUR 51,26 + VAT. The price includes: the hire charge of the equipped exhibition space for the entire exhibition time, stand walls (1.0x2.5), carpeting, company's name on the panel (up to 10 letters), 100 W lights every 3 meters, three way socket with 220 V, 2 kw, 1 table, 3 chairs, trash bin, floor cleaning. The cost of 1 sq m of the non-equipped exhibition space: EUR 45,47 + VAT (the price does not include constructions, walls, electricity, furniture, communications and the like). If the participant orders an island exhibition stand (with 4 sides open) or a stand with 3 sides open, extra 10% will be charged. The cost of 1 sq m of the exhibition space: EUR 11,59 + VAT (the price does not include constructions, walls, electricity, furniture, communications and the like). Farmer's market price: 4 sq.m. EUR 11,59 + VAT, 6 sq.m. EUR 17,38 + VAT (price does not include exhibition structures, walls, electrical inlet, furniture, communications, etc.) An empty 1 sq. m. area of the exhibition in the livestock exposition 8,69 EUR + VAT. 6 sq.m. area shall be granted for each group of participants free of charge in case of jointed participation of the companies of the foreign country, which booked the exhibition area of not less than 45 sq.m. 5. PAYMENT TERMS The participant undertakes to transfer the registration fee to the bank account indicated by the exhibition arranger within five business days from the moment the advance invoice is received. The rest of payments (the hire charge for the exhibition space and display stand, and the fee for additional equipment and services) shall be provided till 11 April 2012. If the participant fails to provide payments

on time, 0.2 % late payment fee is charged for each delayed payment. The right to occupy the exhibition stand is guaranteed only when the participant implements payment terms. 6. REFUSAL TO PARTICIPATE OR ABSENCE Refusal to participate in the exhibition must be submitted in writing to the exhibition arranger and shall be valid when approved by organizer. Refusal to participate in the exhibition does not exempt a participant from the obligation to pay the fees defined in the conditions of participation. If the participant refuses to participate in the exhibition, any paid taxes of participation will not be returned. The exhibition arranger shall have the right to use a stand at its own discretion, provided that: 1. The participant failed to fulfil the requirements of the section Payment terms of these conditions of participation. 2. Participant does not seize stand 12 hours before the opening of the exhibition (except where agreed between the participant and the exhibition arranger). If the contract is terminated on the participant's initiative and not due to the fault of the exhibition arranger, the organizer does not return any payments made by this time. 7. WEB HOSTING The exhibition arranger undertakes to place the basic data about the Participant in the website of the exhibition http://www.expo.lt. The basic data about the participant shall be included to the website of the exhibition free of charge. All data about the participant shall be placed in the website http://www.expo.lt and http://www.agrobalt.lt and stored by December 31, 2012 m. 8. PROTECTION OF EXHIBITS. INSURANCE The exhibition arranger shall perform the overall security of the exhibition on weekdays, except for the participant's stand, for which he shall not assume any responsibility. If a participant wishes to order an individual security of a stand, the participant has to contact the exhibition arranger. The participant shall be fully responsible for insurance of the exhibits, things and property belonging to him. 9. NOTICES The exhibition arranger shall undertake to submit the Participant any additional information related to the preparation of the exhibition, also shall inform the participant in case the exhibition shall be moved to another place or another time not due to the fault of the exhibition arranger. 10. COMPENSATION FOR LOSSES The Participant shall undertake to return undamaged constructions of typical stands, elements and furniture to the exhibition arranger. Otherwise, he shall pay 100 % of the value of the equipment. The Participant can not arbitrary stick any adhesive products on the walls of the equipment of the exhibition without the consent of the exhibition arranger. 11. STAND MAINTENANCE The stand can not be left unattended during the exhibition; it is prohibited to store in it any empty containers and side items. The staff must not left the stand unattended during working hours of the exhibition. The exhibition arranger shall not be responsible for the security of the exhibits during working hours and after the exhibition. In the area of the exhibition the Participant must observe fire safety and labor safety regulations. Smoking is allowed only in specially designated areas. 12. ARBITRATION Any disputes, arising between the parties are to be considered by the agreement between both parties. And if the parties do not come to such an agreement, they shall be settled under the Laws of Republic of Lithuania, the First District Court of Vilnius City.
