The Marketing Revolution: What You Need to Know About an Interconnected World October 17 & 18, 2012 Jeph Maystruck thoroughly engaged attendees and encouraged a rapport, not only through his knowledge and lively presentation style, but also by tossing a lottery ticket and candy bar to anyone who asked a question! He helped us understand what has happened to marketing and why we are going through an information revolution. He took us on a fascinating tour of the online world of the pension and benefits industry, explored interesting case-studies, and presented a go-forward strategy. Benefits, Beyond the Basics November 6 & 7, 2012 The Benefits, Beyond the Basics 2-day seminar was held in Saskatoon in 2012. It provided a comprehensive framework intended to enhance the attendees' understanding of benefits. Over 20 delegates were in attendance and the feedback from attendees was very positive.

Stop the Insanity: Take a Proactive Approach to Managing Employee Health November 13 & 15, 2012 With Einstein's definition of insanity ( When you continue to do the same thing and get the same unsatisfactory results ) in mind, Susan Brown of Mercer encouraged a shift from a reactive approach to managing illness to a proactive approach to managing health. A case study was used to demonstrate the benefits and outline the requirements to include wellness in health and benefit programs.
