Statutory Financial Statements: The change of standards with regard to the consolidation of joint ventures (IFRS 10, 11 and 12) resulted into the change of the consolidation method. IFRS 11 abolishes the concept of the proportional consolidation of the jointly controlled entities. Instead, the jointly controlled entities are now consolidated with the Equity method. I 17
